I am sorry this has taken me so long, it has been a busy week but HERE IT IS!! AND.... it's over an hour long!! I bring you along with me for ALL OF IT! Flower arranging with Floward, building a table scape with Rebecca Udall, the most heavenly Aavelle dress unboxing, cooking my favourite recipes baking delicious sweet treats, entertaining and having lots of fun as well as the cutest sausages bunnies YOU HAVE EVER SEEN!! ❤️

Lady Lynda's Chocolate Mousse -
8oz Dark chocolate, broken up over boiling water don’t over heat (roughly 4mins)
Stir in 4 egg yolks whilst chocolate is still warm
Beat egg whites whilst the rest is cooling don’t over beat.
Fold in one tablespoon of egg white into mix and fold in with metal spoon when that’s done put in the rest all at once and continue folding.
Put into pretty cups, cover and chill for several hours.
Just before u serve place brandy snap or delicious small biscuit in the saucer.
Make holes in the mouse add teaspoon of brandy.
Grate chocolate over top.
Fennel Gratin Recipe
5 Fennel Bulbs, roughly chopped
Par boil
Drain and place into oven dish
Pour over double cream, enough to cover fennel
Sprinkle (Generously) Greye Cheese!!!
Season generously!
