Hello, I took the quiz for this session, and even though I passed I couldn't open the certificate to download it, I took it on Monday 3/8/2021 around 11:00 PM so I'm not sure why this problem is happening. I have sent you guys an email already, I hope that there is a solution to this.
I have the same issue. I just took the quiz today, twice, and both times it did not generate a certificate. I took a print screen that has my score, name, and result of the quiz. I plan on keeping this for my records.
@@nataliapadilla6879 I was able to work around this problem by taking the quiz on my cell phone and open the certificate, then I emailed muse the certificate link so I can download it on my laptop.
