- Fans see those good moments of being an esport pro, because we all share them on social media and we talk proudly about them. However, majority of the experiences are not that nice, they are difficult to deal with and talk about, that’s why we avoid sharing them with public or you - fans. This video was meant to show you that despite 2023 being a year of huge success and earnings I am still rating the year as one of the hardest periods of my mental well-being.

One thing i can highly recommend to do when unhealthy judgement arises:
Find something to be grateful for within the given situation.
For example: ‚I am grateful for this growth opportunity.‘ „I feel grateful for the courage to move through this situation.“ (…)
It may take some practise, however this shift in focus is a great way to transform negative thought patterns.
„Where awareness goes, energy flows“
Such a real and interesting take on CS content, by a pro being so up front and personal with all the aspects of being one. Loving the channel so far!

would love a video about how to handle pressure in matches, prob not the most useful video for a lot of people but any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Would be interesting to learn more about scrims from a pro player perspective. As in, how do they get set up, which teams play against eachother, how serious it is, if tactics are held back, etc. Do "Tier1" and "Tier2" teams play together? You only hear from that sort of stuff in a few interviews and stuff, where players say "oh team X was really strong in scrims, they're probably the best now" (after reshuffles). Anyhow, would be interesting to learn more about.
