Many, many years ago as a teenager I was really headed for trouble with the law. When this song came out it was my favorite and I memorized the words and sang it all the time. By just a fluke chance I met my future wife and she has been by my side for almost 40 years. She really set me on the right path. So you see I did get my Special Angel. Hope you all have yours.

Some promoter needs to bring your group to Hawaii. Many baby boomers from this era would love to hear this style of music again. I actually have a 5yr old grandson that has started to sing some of the songs I play.
@barilko5551 Sir, As best I can tell, 2 of the original quartet are now with the group again--both on the far left/ right; Bill Burkett, & Hugh Geyer are the 2 iriginals now singing. Unfortunately, there are 2 Vogues, & I can't tell which one this is. I saw them in '67,l & they were simply unbelievable. What harmonies they had. That night, they did a amazing version of Greefields, I'll never forget. Denver, Colorado, University of Denver Club. Wolfsky9
When this was recorded there were two originals in it. Chuck Blasko (on the left) and Hugh Geyer (third from the left). Hugh has left this group and signed on with the trademark group along with original lead singer Bill Burkette.
