Peshawari Namkeen Rosh Recipe:
-1 Kg Mutton
-Add 2 Tsp Salt
-Mix Well
-Rest for 20 Minute

-Add Fat
-Add Mutton
-1 Medium Size Onion
-1 Large Size Tomato
-3 Green Chilli
-1 Whole Garlic
-3 Inch Ginger(Cut into Small Pieces)
-1/2 Tsp Whole Black Pepper
-1/3 Cup Water
-Use wheat Mixture to Cover it
-Cover & Seal it
-Cook on low-Medium Flame for 2-3 Hours until Mutton Cook Properly
