Thank you so much Micky :) It was hard for me to believe that even if someone told me that just a year ago but recovery's been getting so much better! Thank you for being so supportive an amazing. It's funny because before, I thought recovery was about weight and being normal, but it's more about being happy in your own skin, accepting, and being healthy!

This is one of my favorite ASMR videos of all time. I LOVE your honesty and sharing with us. I also struggle with my own intense issues, and hearing you talk about your own challenges and positive ways of dealing with them is incredibly therapeutic. You said it yourself: You are absolutely a beautiful peson, inside and out, and being thankful for being alive and vibrant is of utmost importance. Thanks for making this :)

awww thank you so much. Yes, it definitely takes time. My mum and I realized that recovery might take longer than the time i had ED and depression. Thank you for you encouraging comment!

my first language is korean :) but my dad's job took us to the states and england during most of my early childhood. As for learning korean... it's not an easy language, but if you're looking for just being able to communicate and not fussy about grammar and things like that, i think a year to two years worth of learning will get you there!

I have never commented before because I am new to this community.. but you are one of my favourites! So, since I also suffer with some of the same things you mentioned including the eating disorder I want to say I would love to hear your updates on how you are doing and what you are doing to overcome. :) The journal seems such a wonderful way to help and I am going to adopt that strategy for myself.
Thank you for your wonderful whispers!

well..the experience is somewhat rewarding when I think about it...there was a few positive things that I gained from my ED. The most important one was bringing me closer to my family ^.^ the key to beating ED is having your family and possibly your friends (if you feel comfortable telling them) there to support you in your recovery process. Also BELIEVE that you will get better (NO MORE NEGATIVITY!!!) that's how ED's voice becomes more overpowering than your own. Sending lots of hugs :D

I'm sorry you struggle with such unpleasant thoughts. I think many or most of us here in the asmr community have battled or do battle with some kind of anxiety/ depression/ etc, and seek out asmr as a way to escape our evil brains.
Anyway, we support and adore you. You're fast becoming one of my very favorite asmartists- you are entrancing, bewitching- & an obvioustly wonderful person. I am honored you'd share your personal thoughts and struggles here, I can't be so brave.
    Best to your grandpa

oh, also, it's very quiet for me too- but I prefer it that way. I catch about 75-80% of what you say, and the rest- uninteligable quiet muttering- is heavenly.

Your honesty and openness is beautiful, it's what makes you even more beautiful than you already were. You can add that to your booklet :) I hope you will start feeling better about yourself soon sweetheart. I know from experience (with depression) that it can take a while but it's such a good feeling to conquer it. Keep at it! And yes to the videos discussing this, but only if you feel like doing so :) do it for yourself, not us ;) xoxo Good luck!

If you are having low sound issues and you're on windows 7, go down to your taskbar and right click on the volume, right click on playback devices, right click on your audio output (it should either be headphones or speaker) and click properties, go to enhancements and scroll down to loudness equalization. Make sure its checked and click apply. There you go!

Lovely video, as per usual. In terms of your updates, I think it would probably be good for you to upload them, regardless of whether the audience finds them particularly relaxing or not (although with your voice, I'm sure we would!); accountability is always helpful when trying to overcome something of that nature. All the best to you in 2013! :)

You really give me good triggers, some of the most strong I've had. Unfortunately, the volume of your videos are so low that I can't hear you unless I wear these big, uncomfortable drummer's headphones I have. So it's either have triggers or fall asleep, and I typically watch ASMR videos as I'm falling asleep. Is there any way you can increase the volume of your videos?

Hi Young Lady, Night after night, I keep coming back to you. You are special. It's never too late to learn to take GOOD care of yourself and learn how to enjoy as many moments as you can. And you are Young & Beautiful. Stay in therapy. I did 10 years straight. I am quite proud of you for doing this. It will get better. So, You are creating lots of things to obsess on.Think about what you are running from, that you need to create so many distractions. Go DEEP and be HONEST.ML2U (Mad Love to You!)

I understand that it is something you can't just believe because it's a mental state you're stuck in, but you are not fat in the slightest! I'd kill to have your figure! You are a good weight, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. You're a beautiful person, and you are healthy. Please continue to read over that book of yours until you realise what you see in the mirror is nothing like what everyone else sees. Everyone else sees a slim, healthy and very pretty girl.
