My brother and I, 58 and 62 yrs old live together. A while back we treated ourselves to an 85" smart TV. Let us tell you, your channel was made for screens like this! Your work is fascinating and your "office" is epic! All you guys out there stay safe and thank you for helping the world build their homes. Respect from Manchester, NJ, USA
Hemlock and balsam are both notorious for being sketchy in the gig eh. I am in BC now retired but able to cruise the sites looking for flic's of the good old days. You are a good way to do just that. When they sit back like this they can sure ruin a good day eh. I always favored a side slope to build a bed for big cedar to land on. Not always successful but an uphill is just to hard to get away from and a straight downhill we watch them expload. You know better than most that big cedar is big bucks eh. I sure miss the days of having lunch sitting there just taking it all in. I will never forget the smells of a fresh cut stump. The new camera is doing a great job. Nice and clear with good audio. I think it's a keeper my friend.
Bjarne Butler, your DJI Pocket 3 video is a double treat below the road! 🌲🎥 I didn't know lumberjacks had such a great sense of humor and camera skills. Double thumbs up for the forestry fun! 👍👍 #DJIWoodMagic
Bjarne your right over look 👀 the beautiful timber nothing wrong about THINKING 🤔 SAFETY and always put SAFETY FIRST in the forest. 😊 good luck with your new camera 📸 buddy .
Your shot of the mountain peak looking up through the valley was spectacular. You're really upping your capture game with your new DJI Pocket 3 camera, it's a great investment,. The Pocket 3 has loads of intelligent features, great stabilization, excellent slo-mo and the sixteen minutes to full charge is unbelievable. Cheers for the swish reel Bjarne.
Sounded like pounding on a rock hitting those wedges on set back cedar, the power wedge lifted it enough to get your saw out, never would of thought you could lift that cedar, testimate to your power wedge design, impressive Bjarne....impressive!!!
They make our wedges for all kinds of usage. Summer or winter and so on. Occasionally we need more than just 2. Some big ones can take many, many more, LOL.
FKN-A.... Great footage...as always...... slo-mo is killer ... also audio is top notch..... Well done Brother..... not only you can fall a tree....and shoot Great footage .... Partner rocking a 661, sounds stock. Used to have one, full wrap, bark box, 32" es light and a sweet 36" tsumura bar. Miss it, but ive gone all echo now so :)
I’m always intrigued and amazed at your skills. Love the camera. The video and sound are awesome. Especially when you did the slo-mo. What is the camera name and type? Be careful. It’s a mother’s instinct. 😉 ps nice work on the cameraman.
he stacked his wedges free'ed the saw and continued on and dropped it. cause you're not leaving it behind. lol I'll tell you that much unless u absolutely have to.
Woohoo ole Bjarne using a Stihl finally lol well sirr how does it feel to run awesomeness by God🤙💪😆 Just picking at ya Bjarne 😅Stay safe..That stihl sounds good 💯How do you like the 3 point dogs any better?
Do I spot a Orange/white saw there ? My old Pioneer wool undies are about done, been 11 years since the days of climbing around the sticks too. I'm interested on a comment on good wool socks, sweaters, as i still take the saw and help at a logging site or 2 close to home.
I don't know what's going on, but this is the third video in a row that hasn't shown up in my subscriptions feed. I've tripled-checked all my settings and they should be showing up, but they just won't, strange.
I hate to say it, Bjarne, but I think your bud is a good bit better at sharpening a chain. His chain was throwing *huge* shavings and thick as syrup! Your chain seems a little anemic in comparison. Too though, it may be the way the camera is 'seeing' things, the angles, etc.
Morning Bjarne, some great views. The high peek looks like it's giving the middle finger. LOL! Glaciers, don't tell that to the climate change hoaxers!! Hahahaha, I love the super slomo also. Take care and be safe!
I wouldn't worry too much about the glaciers. Some scientists will probably do a study to show that those glaciers are not really there. Yep, nothing to see here. lol
@@navydogsadventures3500 Overall, I think that I have to agree with you. Studying real science, I have come to three strong conclusions. 1. Increasing co2 would have an extremely small effect on the temperature. 2. If greenhouse warming was the main cause of the Earths warming, then it would have warmed way more a few thousand feet up in the atmosphere than at the surface. You would have less and less warming as you came down in elevation. That is the opposite of what has happened. 3. It is obvious that the reduction of cosmic rays sense the little ice age would have decreased cloud formation a bunch, which in turn would have caused there to be a large reduction in the water cycle. That would have caused a large amount of natural warming. Probably more than you wanted to read, but bottom line, I think that you were right on with calling this garbage bs.

After 2 minutes phantastic resolution on the camera
Cinemascope 😊❤ and the sound of a Stihl….❤❤❤ and the last cut Bjarne with a Stihl 😊
That new camera's imaging is fantastic!

Two good looking goats 🐐 up 🔝 on the mtns BJarne. 😊
Thanks for your comments. Yes keep your place a secret. Enjoy all your videos. Would like to see some videos of helicopter grabbing those big cedars.
Great camera! Picture and sound quality is great. The gimbal, remote mic, and tracking features are cool. Great investment.

Ahhh the slow mo 👌
Camera is very clear! Steep country. What Stihl saw was your partner running?
Dunno this was last shift 🤷♂️
Looked like a 660
Definitely a 661. 066 and 660 don't have the shapely air filter covers and grey plastics on the clutch side.
Interested in knowing what you ended up doing with the cedar that sat back on ya. We’re you able to wedge it over?
Ya I did but I lost the footage.

It’s the DJI Osmo Pocket 3
love the videos man, I'm a logger over here in New Zealand, I was wondering where is this? would love to know.

@@OkanganMadViking250 thanks, I was wondering cause he never showed himself going back and finishing the cut 😉👍

Ya I lost the rest of the footage. I ended up getting extra wedges to get it over

Hey great Job as always but why dont you buy yourself a protos helmet? Greetings from germany
Haven’t considered it before. The husky helmets could use some improvement for sure
Pengambilan Camera gambar yang sangat bagus,😮😮
Wow
Did DJI hook you up with a camera or are you just trying something different?
Ya I’m just trying something different but I can’t use it when it rains.
What happened with the one that set back?
I lost the footage. I ended up getting extra wedges and wedges it over.

It's been happening to me too. Just this channel.
Your saw sounds like it is stronger than your partners, at least to me . I am curious, why are these tree banded and who does it, thanks
A crew comes in after the setting is laid out and bands the big cedars to keep them together when falling, it really helps save them out
@@mke6445davis That was the only thing I could think of so they shatter less when falling, they must be some tough bands lol
@@bcpioneer59yea they don’t always hold together

The camera quality looks great but the tracking is making me alittle motion sick. is there a way to tone down how precisely it tracks your movements?
I don’t think I’ll use the camera tracking going forward, maybe if I’m farther away from the camera

Nothing hurts a fallers ego more than pinching your bar. I feel like an idiot when it happens to me.
Need some Bigfoot stories….
So what happened to the tree that sat back hard on ya?
I wedges it over with extra wedges. I list the footage unfortunately
Bjarne, your partner in this vid, his saw was running a tad on the rich side. Just thought that you might want to know. 🫥
