This is Laurie Strode’s last stand.
After 45 years, the most acclaimed, revered horror franchise in film history reaches its epic, terrifying conclusion as Laurie Strode faces off for the last time against the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, in a final confrontation unlike any captured on-screen before. Only one of them will survive.
Icon Jamie Lee Curtis returns for the last time as Laurie Strode, horror’s first “final girl” and the role that launched Curtis’ career. Curtis has portrayed Laurie for more than four decades now, one of the longest actor-character pairings in cinema history. When the franchise relaunched in 2018, Halloween shattered box office records, becoming the franchise’s highest-grossing chapter and set a new record for the biggest opening weekend for a horror film starring a woman.
Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell; The Hardy Boys, Virgin River), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.
Halloween Ends co-stars returning cast Will Patton as Officer Frank Hawkins, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace and James Jude Courtney as The Shape.
From the creative team that relaunched the franchise with 2018’s Halloween and Halloween Kills, the film is directed by David Gordon Green from a screenplay by Paul Brad Logan (Manglehorn), Chris Bernier (The Driver series), Danny McBride and David Gordon Green, based on characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill. Halloween Ends is produced by Malek Akkad, Jason Blum and Bill Block. The executive producers are John Carpenter, Jamie Lee Curtis, Danny McBride, David Gordon Green, Ryan Freimann, Ryan Turek, Andrew Golov, Thom Zadra and Christopher H. Warner.
Universal Pictures, Miramax and Blumhouse present a Malek Akkad production, in association with Rough House Pictures.

We most certainly will

It's been one hell of a ride.
I like how the grandaughter was telling her to get over it even though her mom literally got killed by him
That was my thought! Like, sis....
lmao , for real
I think that’s because the granddaughter basically thinks that her family’s obsession with MM contributed to her death and that’s why she wants to forget about the pain of the past
And her dad….
Both parents back to back because if you remember he killed her Dad in the first one😂
My favorite part about the movie "Michael and Me" is when Michael was observing Corey hanging out at Laurie Strode's house briefly after Michael first met Corey. The special gem about this scene is that there is no plausible way Michael would have caught up to Corey, unless he rode on the back of his motorcycle with his arms around Corey's waist; truly showing the deep bond that their friendship started out with.

Even though it’s sad to see the Laurie and Michael saga come to an end, at least we finally get to see how it ends after all these years
It's definitely better to be sad to know that this is ending than knowing the last one she would ever be in was resurrection lol
Some teen was babysitting, heard a sound, carried a knife upstairs to check, the kid he's babysitting ran into the knife and OOPS it's the Michael situation again. Except for the fact that this won't be the last one. Money is the ultimate tool in resurrecting Michael Myers. To give respect to another horror icon, "if you produce it, they will come..."

The Halloween movies are truly iconic and nobody will ever play the role as good as Jamie lee Curtis shes the ultimate final girl and a truly unforgettable iconic character in Laurie strode

Woman's power 😝 Jesus you woman are predictable. Ain't no way someone like jason, would ever lose to a elderly woman
Yeah like no one can ever replace robert england as Freddy Krueger of Nightmare on Elm Street movies
Why does anyone live in that town after the last movie. Michael's kill count in the last movie was up there with a active shooter or domestic terror attack and bonus he escaped.
The competent final girl we all wanted
I know this is a highly controversial opinion. Each time I rewatch #HalloweenEnds, I just love the film even more. The Acting by Jamie Lee Curtis and Rohan Campbell, the beautiful Cinematography, and the Soundtrack by John Carpenter were EVERYTHING.
I know there are fans who don't like the story and that's understandable, but I absolutely loved it. the new trilogy gives LAURIE the ENDING SHE DESERVED as the ultimate final girl that she is.
The whole procession scene is a masterpiece, seeing all the people who lost their beloved one because of Michael(like Sondra and Julian), the Laurie destroying Michael once and for all, and the last scene with Laurie & Hawkins at the November 1st morning giving them a hopeful ending is perfection ❤
Literally, Michael Myers in Halloween Ends had more screentime than in the Original from 1978. And Just a reminder that Jamie Lee Curtis was 63 y/o when she filmed the fight sequence in #HalloweenEnds, and most impressively she did most of her own stunt work. (Fans have should appreciate that)
This Trilogy was more than just Michael and Laurie, it was about EVIL as a infection and it's effects. I know that Kills and Ends are divisive but, simply Halloween (2018) is the best Halloween sequel ever (Yes the 2018 is better than Halloween II and H20 in every senseandaspect) and this trilogy is the best Halloween timeline.
Back to ENDS, it has it's issues, but it's not even a bad movie, not even a bad movie in the franchise when Halloween 5, Halloween Resurrection and Rob Zombie's Halloween II exist. GET OVER IT.
Also, Michael Myers is my favorite horror icon, but, as much as I love him, my favorite Halloween character is Laurie Strode not him, and this movie is like a love letter for her legacy.
agreed
I definetely agree with you
About time someone said it.
I completely agree. It's my favourite of the DGG trilogy and I love the direction they took it. I can understand why many people didn't like it, but the avenue it went down, the exploration of grief, trauma and victim shaming, as well as the "character" of Haddonfield made it good for me. Curtis was at her best and got the send off she has truly earned.
Too many people are judgmental ab this movie. It was some fresh air, the franchise really needed!

Jesus Christ died for our sins, rose from the dead, and gives salvation to everyone who has faith in him. True faith in Jesus will have you bear good fruit and *drastically* change for the better! Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness. 👍🏾
*God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.*
As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him.
Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. They know not God, read his word, and their religion is in vain. Do not hear them, they will mislead you, the lost cannot guide the lost.
When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE!
Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals!
The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil.
I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God's work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God's children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God!

This trilogy has been the best since the original I’m super excited to see how it ends but sad at the same time. 44 years is a long time to final see it close off the Laurie Michael angle but I’ve loved every minute of it.
The last one sucked
I want new characters and storylines in the Halloween franchise that’s all for me. I enjoyed this trilogy but they need to add a new person or storyline with new victims.
Youre standards are unbelievably low of you think this trilogy is any better than shite
Lmfao 🤣 it’s horrible
really was lol, aint no way dude said the new trilogy are better than the original, hell naw 🤡
I do believe it is the END of Laurie's story but no way this is the final Halloween film. Myers will be back. He always comes back.
Thanks you guys, I really liked the whole trilogy
As someone who saw this film, and holds the first Halloween (1978) on the number 1 pedestal (like you should)
To all OG's out there
Don't watch this movie, you are just going to end up disappointed. And if you do watch it, I am sorry that you did.
Jamie Lee Curtis will forever be the Scream Queen, even if this is her final stand against Evil. 🧡🖤
@@larryb4598 Nah she was in four Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies but the original was the only good one.
Tara's my fav girl actor
I dont want it ends, i wanna keep watching new halloween every year until i get old
We need Christmas with the Kranks 2
I think This trailer was the best trailer yet
Everything feels so perfect about this one. Michael, the atmosphere & setting looking all good and that soundtrack is pure badass! Hard to wait for this. 🔥🔥
the greatest horror cinematic event in history ends.
😂😂
Until Scream 6.
40+ years of legacy!
The greatest Horror movie series coming to an end...😢
Hope it never ends
@@kotzupdates scream 6 isn't the end.
Halloween ended like what, three time already? With the original Halloween 2, Halloween H20, and now this.
Evil never dies. Not until it is profitable.
Did anyone else get confused when they didn’t see Michael at Allison’s door window, while she screamed?
People complain that he wasn't in this for most of it. He was hardly in the first film and yet people love it.
If this really is Jamie Lee Curtis's final appearance in this franchise, I sure hope "Halloween Ends" is an epic finale.
Right
She is doing it for her TRANS daughter, hooray!
@@FarmersAreDummies wait she’s trans???
@@FarmersAreDummies 😂😂
It wasnt.. 😓
This trailer gave us a lot. More than I expected to see. The first one was crazy good and didn't tell us much
Yes I completely agree. Showed too much.
Yes i agree showed too much!
They do that to make you think you saw everything but have completely different scenes at the end of the film it’s called extra takes for trailers which are not in the film
@@philosophyjunkies6693 yeah trailers should learn by now. I could make a better trailer with my eyes closed, and I have many times
Thanks for the bait and switch on what could have been a near perfect trilogy.
Depending how this does at the box office, I'll always believe they'll find a way for Michael to come back. This is no comparison, but if ANYONE remembers the story about BOBBIE EWING on "DALLAS" , he died in the season finale the previous year. The fans didn't like that and made their voices heard. When the next season premiered, the fans were shocked to see BOBBIE appear and then laying out the story that the "WHOLE PREVIOUS SEASON" WAS A "DREAM" BY HIS WIFE !
A rock band did a great song with Michael Myers, Jason and an evil clown, loved it

I hope so man, i mean he got humiliated in the end bigtime. It would make more sense to me to kill off jamie so that michael would finally gets his rest and stop killing..
most likely some kind of possession of another torutued soul i would imagine
No because of how they made the ending and the credits. It showed how it truly is the end of this Michael Myers in this universe. If they make another Halloween it’ll be another universe of Michael Myers. Like the Rob Zombie ones
Of course they will... With another reboot lol!
..am i literally THE ONLY ONE who loved it? lol
I really like this movie too 😍✨
The visuals are stunning, but let’s be real, we all fear about the quality of the story.
U forget halloween 2 by carpenter none of the storys have had quality since the original first movie
I really feel like David Gordon Green fumbled the bag. He's supposedly a huge fan of the original, a cinema buff...and then he comes out with these jump-scare, heavy-on-the-gore type movies. I would've loved a true homage to Carpenter (light on gore, heavy on suspense). I'm not angry...just disappointed. 😉
David has made well over 400 million with the first 2 Halloween films and will probably make another 150 mil from this one so bro fumbled the bag big time
@@Us3r739 Oh, he did. Perhaps not financially, but definitely artistically.
@@hihowareyouthen totally agree.
This Halloween season is going to be insane
Good film and I enjoyed Corey's decent into evil
We were so hyped for this movie the trailer gave us goosebumps and chills and we couldn't wait and when it came out it was not worth the wait
not true at all
I’m excited for this. Halloween is a classic ! Jamie Lee Curtis leaving the franchise and coming back is what kept me watching. I didn’t like Kills too much, but this one seems a bit more story driven…which is what I want. Can’t wait!
These movies has literally 0 story to them besides trying some weird shit in Halloween 5/6. Halloween Kills was literally made for the fans to just see people dying for 2hrs. What is not to like lol
This trailer looks insane like I can't wait for this movie to come out I'm so hyped up for this one
I loved the part when Laurie Strode said Evil Dies tonight and then Michael Myers said its Myersin Time and Myerd all over the place truly the most movie of all time
*Halloween never ends.*
Whatever fanboy. It's over. Jason voorhees rules...
@@VARJAGAMINGENTERTAINMENTI see you like to comment nonsense on different videos! What a life you have
Yes! I get chills because I know this is The End. The iconic scene from Original 1978, shows how long Michael has tormented Laurie! Michael was hiding, getting stronger!
It's only the end until they make another one.
I would bet my house and everything I have this is not the end by any stretch.
I don’t think it’s because he’s getting stronger. From rumours Corey will be killing for 2/3rds of the film because Michaels too weak.
It's been the last movie for the last 6 movies...
@Insert Coinz I garuntee you laurie vs myers is far from over. It will be rebooted again with a new cast but same characters.
This movie looks amazing and I can't wait to go see it. Love this new trilogy and everything they have done for the franchise and the horror genre. Come on October!!
One of the most remarkable and fascinating highlights of this movie is when we actually see Michael myers without his mask outside the sewers and then Michael says “I’m Michael myers!” And then pulls out a knife. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
When Michael Myers said its Halloween and then Laurie Strode said no this is were Halloween Ends and ended him truly the most movie of all time easily of out 10
I can’t believe this is the last Halloween movie, I loved this franchise so much! Thank you everyone who worked on this!
It is , until it isn't .......I am sure they will reboot it again when they want more money.
Are u kidding me? They milked the shit out of the original . At least the 90s Halloween films gave the original some dignity that was left
This isn't the final halloween movie.
This is only the ending to michael myers ,laurie strode story.
@@firasharb1454 true, I love the earlier shows, straight suspense, now days all of the horror movies have a bunch of unnecessary profanity in them or and sex.
@@halo1221 yes, that is what they are saying, it won't be the same without these 2
