Because I feel like being a Logan, here is a fun thing about that sentence. That same clip is in the bloopers video, it was written into the script because they thought it was so funny. But they didn’t do any other takes that made it, that’s why Roman laughs at the end of the sentence is because it’s the original blooper line.

Of course! Patton said something along the lines of, "You call those glasses? 'Cause I sure don't!" where he was making a play off the word call. In his joke he was asking if Logan called his glasses, as in a telephone call.
