Lemon ranch
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayo
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbs vinegar
A few squirts of Worcestershire
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Salt + Pepper to taste
Add more or less of each ingredient dependent on personal taste
My dry rub * double or even triple this if making a lot of wings
2 tbs Cayenne * add less if you don't like spice
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs garlic
1 tbs onion powder
2 tsp white pepper
2 tbs paprika
1 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp dill
1 tbs garam masala
1 tbs salt * add more salt after fry if not enough
Lemon pepper dry rub
1/4 cup lemon pepper
2 tbs cayenne
1 tbs garlic powder
1/4 tsp citric acid
wing marinade
1 egg
1 tbs vodka
1 tbs corn starch
2 tbs flour
1 tbs of seasoning
make sure to marinate 1-2 hours at room temp
