Good effort. This is a lake I'm thinking of trying when I'm back down Norfolk but I'm not one for bait boats. How much of a disadvantage are you there without one?
Thank you mate, I'm not a big bait boat user either but the lake is fairly silty, some swims have good spots which you can cast to but the swims that produce the most fish you definitely need a bait boat and the fact that everyone users a bait boat and no one casts, I would prefer to use one as the fish aren't used to leads being smashed into the water regularly.
