I dont think that it is that exagerated, it is the same as a ice team without sushang or a fire team without HoTr, the problem here is that unlike that team with AE, we dont have any alternatives as of right now for vita, it will be fixed over time with more RoO characters releases.

All [Rite of Oblivion] valks have this effect: Increase DMG of all valks in team according to the number of valks who have Astral Ring tag (any anstral ring) in team. Vita has the effect above, plus this extra effect: Increase Vita DMG acording to the number of valks who have Rite of Oblivion tag in team.
nice work on presenting results that are easy to understand. but it makes me sad that almost 60% of damaged is locked out on HoFi. As a player who failed to get HoFi twice I hope another RoO valk appears soon.
