This is a short, fluent great speech, why would Museveni use three hours lecturing african heads of state????
I disagree with your view point. I’m not grasping your understanding Museveni’s speech. Museveni didn’t lecture African Heads of States but rather the World Bank, IMF and other lending organizations for giving loans to Africa based on Profiteering. That they don’t fund things that can help production like Railway Transport! Even mama Samia Suluhu agrees with Museveni. Museveni only explained why Africa Development has stagnated ( sustainable development)
