not bad but the pulley should be attached to the moving object. Also a damper on there or mainline feeding through the Karabiner in case of prussick failure.

Why do you need a prusik-minding pulley for the second pulley?

      You don't.

@@jeffm9227 wrong, one acts in hauling function the other as a progress capture

@@alfredog6620 The pulley doesn't capture the progress, the Prusik does. Prusik minding pulleys only help prevent the Prusik from being drawn into the pulley during the haul. They are a nice-to-have, but not required for any pulley system.

Sometimes tradition needs to be left behind when technology offers a better way. Safety of life is depending on the anchor. Everything is hanging from the anchor. Why use a single element fabric with a break rating of 4000. A single element fabric with no sheath protection that is very vulnerable to sharp edges.
Commercial polyester lifting slings rate much higher than your strongest steel carabiner and are multitudes tougher. Just one example: A 2” x 8’ eye & eye with a WLL rating of 12,400 lbs in basket configuration (wrapped around anchor and clipped into both eyes) with a 5 to 1 rating ratio.....that’s a break strength of 62,000 lbs......for 21 dollars. Cut an old piece of fire hose and slip over it as an extra protective sheath and it will serve for generations.
There are lots of good uses for tubular webbing but as an anchor.....please don’t put me in that stokes.
