In Swiss we have everywhere Türkish Kebab. With flat bread is called Duerum. And with baked bread is called Kebab. Even in Germany every cornet like in Austria too. But in london i saw more indian restaurant every corner and Chinese too. But less Türkish Kebab. In USA MexicoTacos and Burrotos.
