I like the new voicelines they add to the gods aswell, wish they interacted more with eachother though. But I guess the priority is to keep the game alive above all things.
I meant to report this multiple times in game but forgot. I don't believe I heard this mentioned. When ares dies in arena, I'm not exactly sure if it's due to ult primarily or if you have to use the 1 before you ult. It will leave a ghost chain on an enemy god for the rest of the game. It stays on them wherever the god is for the rest of the game.
I'm a little disappointed with the change to Khepri, having the sun set and applying the effects in a larger area is great, but I wish I could reactivate the ability so the sun sets wherever I want, that would be incredible.

I wouldn’t say either necessarily makes sense, but we already have precedent for this with Neith. I’m on the fence about everyone having scaling for both bc I’ve played a lot of games where they design that way and it isn’t always better imo.
Looking at it from a logical standpoint makes no sense. Iza in this standpoint makes sense because all of her abilities have always been her using some form of blood magic even her 1 she’s throwing sickles of blood (not actually throwing her physical sickle) makes sense that her abilities are int dependent
The stuck queues are not fixed at all, visually or otherwise. What is the point of locking players in the queue for several minutes anyway if someone to fails to join, when a new queue would take less than a minute? Just let me out of the lobby honestly, don't see the point at all. Obligatory thank you for everything, having a blast playing Smite 2 :)
It would be cool if her ult looked like a puddle of blood bursting from the ground. And change the audio to a deeper spooky sound. I like her looking like a ghost in her three. Blood should be apart of her design honestly
I wonder, has anything been said about Profiles in smite2? i kinda miss the smite1 profiles where u could check someone out, i dislike when games decide to go for this option where just that persons steam pops up.
Also, can we please get a Zeus damage nerf? I know a big argument is that he has no movement abilities, but that doesn't really matter if he wipes out a fully built guardian before they have a chance to CC him.

I feel like chaac can get bugged out of his 2 spin when he throws his 1 and is cc’d at some point while trying to 2 spin to his 1. Example: threw my 1 was then herc plucked and pushed into tower in the small frame between the pluck and push I tried to spin to my 1 but was pushed and cancelled out of it. I then could no longer spin to my 1 even though 1 still active and 2 wasn’t on CD. Has happened to me on couple other times but feels like it’s really weird instances that causes this bug.
I am glad you decided to do nemesis instead of kali, kali needs some big changes, if not entire rework, toxic to play against so much, nemesis doesnt feel that way
Please add the function to select and ability with that abilities corresponding button and then press the same button used to select said ability in order to fire that ability upon second press, just like in Smite 1.
I just don’t understand how you guys can completely switch out the build mechanic but not include an item builder by now. When you completely change how to build, introduce new items with brand new effects and add active items you need to have a way for players (especially on console and new players) to learn what each item does without having to spend so much time in practice testing builds, watching pro players or watching every patch notes and update shows just to find out what the meta is. People will say that you can just auto build but the meta builds are still significantly better especially in MOBAs where the macro play is extremely important. It’s just as bad if you didn’t know how to start or rotate correctly the little things add up in MOBAs and will cause you to lose the game. As a casual player I don’t want to spend my time watching multiple videos or trying builds in practice just to play with the meta build. Item builder allowed me to set a select build that worked with the certain gods kit and was competitively meta. I’m not going to memorize every item in the game. Item builder allowed me to set a build and I wouldn’t have to worry about what items worked with what god and if the meta did change I could always just swap out items that worked better in a build and then I wouldn’t have to change it again until the meta shifted again. I hope that this gets added soon because for me it will make me actually play the game rather than play 1 or 2 games and not touch it for days or just play Smite 1.
Anyone else feel like Ajax was kinda defensive during the QnA portion. Seems like all past episodes have been fun and light hearted but Ajax feels like he is just defending points instead of giving answers.
I feel that it's just his personality, and I wouldn't hold it against him. Every time they bring a new guest, we see a new face of the smite team, like Ben throwing Fbombs and Sbombs like no tomorrow, or Lermy being generally silly. I personally liked his in depth perspective, and didn't find much of an issue with his responses.
interested to know why thor got pushed back, after being pulled forward for popularity reasons, teasing him with ra and sobek gave me the impression he was ready to go and would be released this patch, just seems odd to delay the poster boy
I wanna see what the community thinks about this idea. I liked the idea of losing less SR for solo queuing if you lose, however I feel like you should also lose less SR based on personal performance (could be kda based or damaged based?) Not sure if this specific of a system is realistic or implementable. Let me know what yall think!
They had Max on to explain why a performance based system based off KDA or Damage delt is a bad idea. But a performance system is something they want to do eventually.
This is something that is often requested in MOBAs, a points system based on personal performance, something like losing fewer points, none or even gaining points even if you lose, also gaining fewer, not winning or even losing points by winning games, all depending on your performance. It sounds great, but it is close to impossible to measure performance, as a main support I have horrifying K/D/A scores that just by looking at them I would be labeled a troll, but in practice many times I have those scores because of my aggressive engages or because I acted as bait to save my teammates. You could create a system like the one you mention based not only on K/D/A, but including all the statistics, but it is very complicated.
Kda and damage would be stupid u can die and have done 100x more than someone who got a last hit then there are gods like nu wa who are guaranteed to have high damage
It’s really hard to evaluate you can have an awful game and be 0-15 but find a sick 4 man Ymir freeze for the game winning play. Should it evaluate you good or bad. It also has to consider role because supports end up with a lot more assists than carries and it’s just really hard to implement

It being flexible doesn’t mean it’s bad. The % they set it too and what stats are on the items she likes will determine if it’s good or not. Nem mains have always enjoyed her for her flexibility I’d have a fit if they made her only good at one role or play style

They wont all be good or meta, but it will bring alot of variety. In comparison to smite 1, which has attack speed jungle and Ap jungle.

I second this, it's cool that you have the functionality, but it feels like it'd very rarely come into play

Tracking sun distance on his 2 rather than distance pulling gods with his 1 is absurd for Khepri.
Make the camera like smite 1 plz, I like to see my character while backing back to base, and also like to use the scroll to zoom in while playing
