With a LEMON YOGURT I make the EASIEST and FLUFFIEST CAKE!

Today we prepare a lemon yogurt cake using only as a measure for the ingredients the cup of yogurt. This lemon cake recipe is very easy and fast and it will surely be super fluffy. It is important to use a lemon-flavored yogurt and not a natural yogurt to enhance the lemon flavor of our cake. The ingredients for this simple lemon cake recipe are as follows:

3 eggs.
1 lemon yogurt.
2 yogurt cups sugar yogurt.
1 yogurt cup soft olive oil (or seed oil).
3 yogurt cups of pastry flour.
15 g baking powder.
