Every band member has a talkback, but only LJ makes all the calls. Everyone else has one incase they need to tell someone like let's say the sound guy that the bass is too quiet in their ear mix, just a random example lol.

First thing I’d do is ask all the singers (that you can’t hear through the PA anyway) “can you stop dancing/jigging/bouncing around the stage?! It’s really distracting. If people aren’t hyped enough about singing praises to their God they’re not gunna need hype performers on stage.”

If people think those dancing around the front are mostly there because they’re worshipping, don’t understand Christian mega church marketing.
They are there for hype and to fill a large stage. There is no way you can pick every voice of those in the mix.
They are stage fillers and praise hypers at best.
