I have pretty well the same issue, on an FMS Kingfisher(all my other planes work fine) DX6i tranny switched on, Throttle cut off, and FULL Throttle, plug plane in, wait for beeps, throttle back to idle, and all works fine, if its not done this way, its five mins of bleeping
Hey Guys! I just now got the Komet's motor running, after following the manual's step several times. I'm not for sure what I did right on this last pass, but the Komet's motor came alive, and now, I just need a good day for a test flight. Thanks to all of you for your help!👍👍👍👍👍👍
You need to program it, turn on the TX, put it to full throttle, plug in the plane, when it beeps, go to idle. See if that helps.. Its making all those beeps because it thinks your throttle is at something other than idle. Fly it on 4s
Beat me too it. Sounds like the esc needs calibration. Follow the steps above. TX full throttle and switch it on. Then connect the aircraft power. Bring the throttle all the way down, disconnect aircraft power then tx. Then start as normal, tx the aircraft and see if that helps.
OK...this looks like what I need to try. It was also suggested by our club president at our meeting last night. He thought the ESC MIGHT be defective but, more likely, needs to be programed. So, I'm off to check this out. I've been pretty lucky to have had so few problems before now (been doing "The Electric Thing" for a couple years now), so I guess I got spoiled. Thank you for your comment!

If you haven’t already resolved the issue, give me a call and we’ll get it working.
Thank you tony! Will Do!
I’ve got one esc that requires you to move to full throttle and hold to arm the controller… weird but true…
Thank You! I'll try it!!!!👍

OK...will try this today.
Did you try reversing the throttle channel?
your esc seems to be in its programming mode.. hence all the beeps.. find the instructions for the esc online.

I guess my other question is, dose it need to be armed like a drone or something?
Looks like the ESC needs programing, so that's my next direction.
Thank you for your comment!
Where is your speed control?
It came with a Durafly 40A brushless ESC installed.
