- I have never heard of a Pumpkin drop and throwing them from airplanes! What!?! Apparently, it has been going on for years in North Pole! We had to go see for ourselves, come join us!

Awww, thank you. I asked her what she thinks is fun, I didn't get an answer. I really liked the pumpkin drop, I think they weren't expecting so many people, it needs a little more crowd control. I am having a chill day after work, thank you, it feels strange to be home doing nothing 🤣😝 Still sending prayers also, the more I see about the path of destruction the worse it looks 😭❤🙏❤

Hi Bears 🐻🐻🐻 The fly-in and pumpkin drop looked so cool. Reindeer looked content just chillin'. That was a good day with alot of activities 😊 We started out today meeting a friend for breakfast at a Fall Festival, got haircuts, and ran alot of errands. Dinner was home ... minestrone soup and grilled cheese. Yummy. Our hearts are heavy for all the folks affected by the hurricane ... so much loss and devastation. Prayers. 💜🙏 Looking forward to tomorrow's video. So happy the Monday Measures will be returning as well ... feels like I'm hanging out with a friend making food. Have a wonderful Sunday. Hi there! We did really have fun this day, it was a lot! I feel like we miss the Fall festivals here, I am so glad to be going to Michigan to catch that. Soup and grilled cheese sounds wonderful! They get pretty huge! The ones that have the really big antlers tend to lose them first.

I used to live in North Pole and Fairbanks before the Costco got there. My favorite place was the chowder house then getting fudge at Santa’s house. I miss Alaska so much. I love you alls channel❤

Hello sweet ladies. I’m so sorry you have no heard from your uncle. I hope you have good news soon. Unfortunately Florida is about to get hit again with another hurricane. I very sorry. I wish I had better news. The hurricanes have been getting worse and worse every year. My husband worked in Katrina helping search and rescue and well keeping order. He has never seen such horrible conditions and man the last recent one was pretty devastating. I still don’t know how we were spared but I pray so hard for this country and the people more than I ever have. Stay safe and healthy my dear friends! ❤ Great video by the way. The devastation from the hurricane was awful. So many people lost everything, including their home, family members and pets. Flooding water is powerful. My continued prayers to everyone affected! So very sad. The pumpkin drop was fun, great turnout, nice clear day. 🎃 . I'm not sure what the commenter meant by having fun, you bears do an amazing job living life!! Did you see the Somers? The more I see from people living in those areas the worse it looks, it's truly awful. Even Tampa Bay was devastated and they are going to get hit again! ❤🙏❤ I had never heard of this pumpkin drop, it was really fun, next time we will come prepared with better cameras and chairs. I asked that commenter what she thought would be fun, she never answered. Whenever she comments, it's not so nice. We did not see the Somers at the event or in North Pole, I just missed the Violetts at Costco though, the last time we went. Thank you, I told Mary those colors look good on us! My four years in Fairbanks were among the most fun years of my life. And I've lived in Seattle, LA, the San Francisco Bay Area, and New York City.
Thank you so much 🥰 I actually love Big Lake. I was looking at home for sale there, yipes, it's way expensive and the property tax is just as bad as the mortgage! Maybe we will go run around town there soon, if the weather holds out. Sending love from us Alaskan Bears ❤

Hey Lady Bears!! Some people leave the strangest comments. You Bears do more fun stuff than just about any other channel. You go nonstop in the summer months. I'm surprised you haven't collapsed from exhaustion. Sounds like you have lots of travel plans. Been watching lots of videos out of NC and Tennessee. So many wonderful volunteers. Every video things just look more grim. There was so much land lost. People not only lost homes and businesses but also lost the land that everything was built on. Florida governor sent temporary bridges. So they can get people out. As well as many other resources. Now he has his own state to worry about once again. I lived on the gulf coast south of Tampa my whole life before 2017. Florida has changed so much. Don't even recognize it anymore. So much over building. They have caused their own flooding problems in the area I'm from. They are still cleaning up after the big flood a while back. Then Helene and now another one. Homeowners insurance is a big problem there too. Some people can't get coverage. For some insurance is more than their mortgage payment. I don't miss Florida at all. In all my years living in Florida never saw a hurricane shoot across the gulf like they say this one is going to. Praying for everyone who is dealing with all this crazy weather. Yeah, I have no clue. It's okay, I asked what she thinks is fun, she didn't answer. I have been seeing an outpouring of good deeds. Did you see Dolly Parton donated 2 million and she got Walmart to help with surplus efforts. I was watching some of the destruction in Florida and people just buy those homes hoping that they can live there many years and not have issues. Most have no insurance and nothing saved. This whole neighborhood sounds like it will be sold off for the lot values because the home have to be destroyed, rebuilt on stilts. Florida is fun to visit but I would never live there. We appreciate your thoughts for everyone dealing with Helene victims and the upcoming Milton possible hurricane. Our county (Indian River) is under a warning. We are pretty much prepared. Larry has his very important MRI Tuesday he needs for his head. Just hope it’s not canceled. I would love a video of you and the girls moving to AK and how Leif helped you get set up, and how you found your house. No Five Guys there? We went out for our anniversary yesterday which is the 9th but due to possible hurricane we changed it. You ordered a lot of food. Wow! Good leftovers though. Our bill was 54.00 including tip and bringing Bryan home something. The burger was HUGE for him. Oh well. Thanks for sharing. Till next video.

Anchorage has lots, but they are 300 miles away. 😉
When you first said 'look at that' I was looking at the building in the Back ground and I though of who used to live there that was in my Platoon. Then you said the flowers and I though 'who would want to give Donaldson flowers!?' LOLs. More of the sky is showing usually means that its too cold for some of the clouds. You should be very careful as to 'putting' yourself out there sherri. You are wise to be cautious. Its my belief that the biggest misconceptions of people who wonder about Alaska is the perceptions of daily living there. Denali, Delta Junction, Ft. Greely, like North Pole and Fairbanks are rural 'towns' or small cities. These are not places you go to watch Television. the internet has been a game changer though. As my primary distractions when I was there was fishing an hiking this was what I looked forward to besides the outdoor markets. Naturally, I had a side arm (.454 Casul) in case of moose or bear encounters but I didn't like hunting. There were places for RV's to park near Santa's Village once but they had a lot of trouble with people parking inconsiderately and leave trash and not respect the land. My memory that stands out to me was the people that lived there were more inconsiderately of the land then what they accused the 'out of towners' of. I always went to the village to see the reindeer myself. The North Pole Plaza was this big then but different stores. I loved it then; I would have loved it more now. Nice video of North Pole. Just as interesting to me as Fairbanks.
I was wondering who all would be looking at the buildings when I said that 😉 I try to be careful with our videos, but bad people will be bad. At least being from Detroit, I know how to handle myself. Hopefully, I raised all of my girls with that same wit. People were disrespectful when we first moved here, it changed a lot over the years, but since covid, it has kind of changed back. I do love it here though. I am sure you would too.
Not cycle shop lol it is a realtor, Cyclic Properties. I could barely see myself at the pumpkin drop--that sun was so bright. But we arent used to the bright with all the rain we've had!!!

Sherry, when are you guys headed to MI?? Zero color here. It's just been too warm. It was in the 70's again today. All of the trees in W MI are green. Hopefully, you aren't scheduled to come anytime soon (if you are looking for color).
Strange it is always "iffy" this time of year. Last time we came at Halloween and missed all the color!

It’s not easy having a public job like a vicar, celeb, bishops, royalty etc and also having privacy too. I know stuff but I never share etc, I have seen the bishop shopping and ignored him as he has a right to private life too.

I definitely don't mind people coming up to me to say hi 😉🥰 but we do have friends and family that choose not to be on camera and that's okay. I love that little bread stand, too bad it's 4 hours away! I actually think it may be 4 hours for the Leggs too, in the opposite direction 😝
