    Wow fresh ground flour should be great for baking the best bread… oops! According to the top bakers on RUclips you should never use fresh flour, even fresh bags of flour may be too fresh. They age their flour.

      @@rcpmac interesting. I did read that it takes a while to age flour for baking. Companies used chemical oxidizers and bleaches to accomplish the same results in a shorter time.
      Personally, I use freshly milled flour to make my own bread and it turns out great and tastes delicious! Im not aging it cause it would go bad and nutrients are the best when freshly milled. Storing it depletes the nutrients and the oils in the germ will cause the bread to go rancid. I’m no artisan baker. I’m just trying to increase the nutrition in my foods and take care of my health.
