Some suggetions for you from Phong Nha cave: -> visit Sen village, Uncle Ho's hometown (Nghe An Province) -> visit km0 of Ho Chi Minh trail (Tan Ky dist, Nghe An Province) -> Monuments Trang An - Ninh Binh province -> Hanoi (Guom Lake, railway cafe, Ho Chi Minh President's mausoleum, Ta Hien old town at night -> Sapa town -> traveling Ha Giang mountain by motorbike -> Ban Gioc Waterfall (China border) -> Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay

There is a big omission if you do not visit Phu Quoc island and Can Tho floating market (south of Vietnam). You can fly there from Hanoi or the most interesting way is to take the train from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, then rent a motorbike to go to Cai Rang floating market - Can Tho (best time to visit the market at 5:30 am to 9am). After that, I suggest you visit Ha Tien town, where you can visit the Vietnam - Cambodia border and buy boat tickets to Phu Quoc island (I forgot to note that you will be limited to bathing in Ha Long Bay but in Lan Ha Bay it is free.)
Can Tho and the Mekong River are ugly and a waste of time. Phu Quoc is paradise and awesome for families with lots of attractions. I;m surprise he left Phu Quoc, Hue, and Sa Pa out of his journey.
@@janchxxheonczsekk6412 I think Mekong has tourism treasures such as local fishing, wonderful Melaleuca forests, or rice harvesting and mouse catching, you will be amazed and delighted. However, at this time I agree that it is a waste of time. Anyway, Vietnam does not know how to create good tourism products. Even Phu Quoc is very good but it only develops half of its strength, I do not agree with this way of doing tourism, even though I am a Vietnamese.
@@janchxxheonczsekk6412 There is another experience worth in life, that is Son Doong cave, the world's largest cave in Vietnam. But you have to register 1 year in advance and the cost is about 3000 usd
