OP you know your brother probably can face some criminal charges for what he done once he abandoned his child and if you took care of him for this long and not even him sending money or paying child support to you I would invite you to get a lawyer and talk to them about this
People DO NOT change~~NETHER frequently NOR without a serious 'inspiration.' The 'writer's' don't seem to know that detectives from another State DO NOT have to be present to arrest someone with an active warrant on them. The local PD can easily do that, once the papers are emailed to the precinct.
