Happy Sunday Peeps! Tried something a little different this week, I really enjoyed making this one, nice to do seomthing a bit different every now and again haha! See you next week! Cheers!
Thanks for the inspo! Lobe that you emphasize materials in general and things like lining for coats. I think that things like that are often overlooked online. Adore the turtleneck looks especially! What are the thermals you are wearing from?
Glad you enjoyed mate! Agreed I don't hear the more intricate details mentioned very often but they do have a large impact on how the coat feels/wears! Oh the thermals are some old ones I got ages ago, heard a lot of good things about the HeatTech Thermals from Uniqlo though!
Hello Ryan, That black hoodie is 🔥 Love the chunky white scarf as well. Camel overcoat outfit and white turtleneck and denim outfit were my favorites, very casual and stylish. Cheers!
Great vid as always! I used to repulse the down jacket because it's so common where I live that it's practically the first choice of the non-fashion crowd. That is until I was invited to go hiking out of the blue, wearing a combo of a hoodie and a denim jacket. It wasn't the heat that destroyed me, it was the sheer weight of the cotton. Looks like I either need a down jacket or I should be exercising more.
Hahaha hoodie and denim jacket for a hike is an interesting choice! Yeah down is so good because it's so light as well, might not be the most fashionable but when you're just trying to stay warm there's really nothing better!
@@RyanVVild Yeah, thrifting is always a good option. btw that black coat of yours is just so right! I especially like the slightly peaky shoulders. I own a balmacaan from my father with raglan sleeves, which is quite different from yours.
@@自由石匠-b8k Definitely man! I've never really been someone who purchases items new, there's just so much good stuff out there 2nd hand at the moment! That coat sounds amazing though too, I do love Balmacaan coats, just haven't found the one that is perfect just yet!
Thanks for the kind words mate, hope your journey is going okay so far! Ahh mate, it’s very special, I don’t wear it too often but it always put a smile on my face when I do haha! Got it in a size Small!
Haha I was getting sweaty just looking at this. I really liked this format and different approach, missed that you didn't mention where some pieces where from. What brand is the black hoodie from?
That's great to hear, glad you like the different format! Sorry my bad on not mentioned it properly! Hoodie is from Destructive, it's just their essential hoodie!
Big fan of the videos, and I'm not sure if it's just me, but there are points in the videos that I've noticed your voice sounds robotic, almost as if some sections have been put on 1.1x?
Thermal layers is the biggest miss some people dont do. I used to hate wearing wool jumpers before i realized you need to layer with them. Took me until I was like 20 lol
I would only wear this if I’ll be standing still for a long time or in extremely cold climates. Comfortable when you walk out the door for sure but as soon as you move around or step inside you’ll be drenching
@@Bynasf Oh sounds similar to my winter temps, things normally sit around low single figures here in terms of Degrees Centigrade, and this is what I wear typically! Must just feel the cold more haha!
Love this video mate! Very useful information, particularly when it comes to layering slim to wide. I’ve been looking at the Josepht boots lately as the Camions are just so pricey. What’s your honest opinion on them? Are they worth the price tag? And did you have to pay customs duty & VAT?
Hey cheers dude, appreciate the kind words! Regarding the Boots, it's tough for me to compare them because i've never actually held a pair of Camion's! I will say when I opened the box, I expected to smell leather but all I could smell was glue... which kinda put me off, and there's a few other things i'm a bit sus of. Tbh I haven't really had time to make my mind up fully with them, I am doing a recent pickups video next week where i'll go into more into my thoughts about them though! Also I'm not sure about custom's as they were a complimentary gift, sorry!
@@RyanVVildyou’re an absolutely gentleman mate, thank you very much for such a detailed reply. I think based on that I’ll swerved and try find some camions second hand/ on sale because I’ve had them in hand and they’re incredible! Looking forward to the next vid already 🤝
Wow what a coincidence, I recently bought the same exact Maro boots! How's the sizing for you? I went .5 size down as they suggested. I'm thinking I might need to go to a full size down.
Oh really? Nice! Yeah I too went .5 size down and definitely could have sized down a full size haha, they're quite long but the zipper part is still quite tight so i'm not sure really!

Great video!!! I hope you make more videos like this where you explain your thoughts and process that come with your outfits. Again, great job
Thank you! Yeah I definitely will, it was pretty fun putting this together!
Wearing all those thermals would make me drench in sweat while commuting on the tube. Great outfits and especially love the boots !
Hahaha might be too much for the Central line ngl! Thanks haha!
Exactly 😂😂😂😂

Don't have winter here but here I am, watching this video anyway haha
Appreciate you man! Just know i'm very jealous if that's the case hahaha
Great video idea🔥loved that it wasn't scripted at all haha, and it turned out greattt!! Good job, Ryan🫡
Thank you dude! Was nice doing something a bit different haha, might do something similar for warmer weather when spring/summer roles around again!
@ yeah it's a good way to have fun from time to time😅🔥We'll see what happens next at summer haha

Thanks ! Always tricky to dress in winter time 😅
Very true, I got it wrong for a long time hahaha
been loving my 800gsm hoodie
@sandman153 800gsm? Damn, where’s it from?
@@RyanVVild IDLT, its amazing how heavy it is, about 1.6kg

6:25 That's basically how I like to dress during the winter, plus a cashmere beanie. Not a big turtleneck guy but love me a wool jumper.
Sounds great man! Turtlenecks, I just feel so comfortable in now, scarf and wool jumper in one there’s nothing better hahaha
@@RyanVVild I think I just prefer scarfs to warm my neck instead, that way I can open it up if I get too hot.

Yeah agreed! I never used to wear thermals but now I consistently wear them even when it’s not that chilly out
