I remember using this song during a school presentation ceremony in some video highlights I constructed when I was working in schools. It fits in with schools and the effort that kids put in with all the things they do in schools academically and through co-curricular activities. The audience who watched the hlghlights loved this song. I wasnt a fan of australian idol and hate reality shows but this song nailed it in terms of the message behind it.
There was no Instagram nor TikTok back in those days. Now Inside Idol can no longer be broadcasted in favour of behind the scenes posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
@@dj_marc_en3rgyno social media in 2003 and Inside Idol was a behind the scenes show now days all behind the scenes stuff on Australian Idol are on social media.

There were a lot of kids in school around Australia in 2003 that watched Australian Idol and Rise Up was a hot song on the radio at the time.
I was in yr 6 then
@@bastila7773that’s awesome mate.
@@LachlanPattersonTV thanks
@@LachlanPattersonTV now I’m 34 years old now I keep thinking of doing something like this but keep chickening out on a dream to reality
Each Top 12 of Australian Idol should have a reunion.
That would be awesome a Top 12 reunion of each season and a Top 13 as it was in 2005.
Big idol fan
Australian Idol on Channel Ten great times mate.

Omg so cringe, I used to love it in school 😱🤣
It’s the early 2000s music and Australian TV with Australian Idol Rise Up.
such a uniting song and yet now we are all divided....we as Australians have lost our way...we need a new rise up!
It’s a different Australia in 2003 than todays Australia in 2023.
@@LachlanPattersonTVso true…it was better then 🥺
