This aesthetic!! You look so cool!! I love the background and the bronze, candlelit hue you've created. I love the opening shot and seeing how mechanical the sewing machine and camera are. I think this series has some astounding sound design after listening to it once again. The beginning of the video with the cranking of the sewing machine was so pleasing to my ears that I rewound it several times to savor it. You clearly put so much work in the backdrop set design that it becomes its own character while breathing life into the interesting world building you've created. I'm in awe of the magic you still somehow manage to conjure after all these years Jen. It’s honestly wonderful work.
I feel like Jen is the type to get into making corsets on a whim. Great video! It left me wanting to see more of the world you've created.
She would almost certainly make one if it was necessary for a cosplay, and she'd do a bangup job of it, too.

I've had many a measuring appointment and this one has to the best in recent memory. The opening was set the tone perfectly with all the prop noises. Can't wait to come back for my new and oh so fashionable corset and maybe check out that candle shop a few doors down... 💕😴

14:06 the idea of videos dedicated to an entire lane/street would be so cool! Like, the different shopkeeps could talk about and mention each other, so as viewers watch the videos, they get to piece together bits of the lore of the world and the relationships between shopkeeps! Oh man, the subtle story telling potential has my creativity going into overdrive at the idea!

As silly as this sounds, I really love the parts in the intros where the character doesn’t realize “the viewer” is there yet! It’s like a cool/secret view into the character’s world. Thank you for your creativity as always Jen! 🙂

A vintage Voigtlander camera! Very nice. I have the one my grandfather brought back from Germany in 1945. If the bellows isn't punctured, you could probably still take pictures with that.

Incredible set and off-the-charts props! Must’ve taken some effort setting this up, but I hope it was mostly fun!
