I'm gonna be honest, I watch RUclips since the very early days (been here since 2005 when I was an early teenager) and Andrew Hales/LAHWF is one of my most cherished creators in here. Andrew's a good dude. He's always been open about his anxiety and other mental health issues, and has always been open about the poor decisions he's made along the way. I hope he can find something to bring his channel back to life again.
He just seems like a genuine guy who's fun to have around. As he said, the fame and money got to him and we can all relate to that a little bit. The fact that he was still making jokes even when he was making a depressing video shows how strong he is. All the best to you and everyone.

Andrew/LAHWF was one of the earliest channels that did something so authentic and was mostly because of Andrew himself. I've never cared for someone I never met, but Andrew transcended that through his videos. So humble, relatable, and every video I always felt a deep urge to let him know he's doing great. I really hate that often people who dont delude themselves and reflect their past in a realistic way end up way worse than people who ruin their lives with bad choices yet still delude themselves that everything wasn't their fault. This guy didn't deserve all of this struggle man.
Love how Sunny dealt with the Controversy, "The Best Way to deal with Controversy is to ignore it". Edit: I am not bringing this up again because I hate SunnyV2, or whatever. In the whole drama, I stood by Sunny's side the whole time. Chris is a failure of a man, he will most likely cause the downfall of Mr.Beast anyways. Sunny just pointed out the obvious and got hate. Social media is mad insane now a days.
Sad to see one of my RUclipsr lose everything. I used to watch him when I was a kid. He was my favorite prankster and social experiment channel on youtube.
Wow, I totally forgot about him, used to watch his interviews and always thought they were unique and entertaining. Hopefully he can make a sucessful comeback
I think we go to hard on those who share their dark moments on the internet. Andrew’s mature and real approach to his down moments is really respectable
Since I didn't know him, I though that he was one of those pranksters who goes too far and got what he deserve. Glad to know that I was wrong, he's a nice guy and I feel bad for what happened to him :(
He was one of the only pranksters I watched back in the day because he was one of the only ones who NEVER faked videos (except for poking fun at those fake pranksters but those were clearly parody skits) and he never went too far either, he was always pretty lighthearted in his videos. He was also a huge inspiration for me because I also have depression and social anxiety. Seeing him going out there and interacting awkwardly with the public even though he had social anxiety himself was like watching someone doing some type of self-therapy, you know? He was clearly anxious but he would do it anyway, that was inspirational. Also, his videos were just genuinely funny and some of them were more like social experiments than pranks - you would see how people would react when someone broke social rules or etiquette rules. I also liked his "Chatting with" interview series, that was a great format, just talking with unique individuals. I haven't watched his channel since the start of the pandemic though and now I know why, but Andrew is such a genuine guy, I really hope for the best for him.
As someone who experienced much less success, but still considered myself rich as a public adjuster, the job was taking its toll on my mental so I decided to go home and work minimum wage at a liquor store.: getting humbled is a good thing if you start losing yourself. Andrew is a great inspiration. I’ve learned that regardless of circumstances.. God will provide
From what I remember he called his "pranks" social experiments and they kind of were, the reactions to the strange situations he would create were interesting to watch. From what I remember they were harmless and not harassing people like others were at that time and still do.
man i remember watching lahwf back in the day and i even went on a rewatch a lot of his old vids just a few weeks ago. he's such a real one and i truly wish him the best.
That's definitely not true, if you will watch Sunny's videos uncritically then there is definitely a bunch of other trash out there you would happily watch as well.
@@LewisV7_ These videos are not great, they are low effort drama content that feeds off negativity and have a reactionary bias. Are you a teenager? Because there is so much better stuff out there you could be watching, this stuff is designed to appeal to uncritical teenagers.
A lot of content creators won't admit that they are broke or depressed. The fact that this man is doing this with no shame makes him seem a person you can trust
Wow. One thing that is actually very surprising about this video is that the person who is talked about is actually rebuilding and may have a successful future. This is amazing ❤
I get the feeling that the positive attention he'll get from this coverage will probably help him back on his feet, and rightly so- he displays a level of maturity and level-headedness that is worthy to aspire and look up to. Kudos for him being.
He was the very first prankster I've ever watched on youtube, especially with the social experiments at universities. I can also honestly say that I learned English from watching his videos. Truly nostalgic.
The fact that this dude doesn’t even seem like an asshole either, he made videos that not only real but the pranks didn’t even hurt anyone. I can relate to a decreasing fanbase because this guy genuinely wants to make better decisions going forward financially. I wish this dude the best of luck with his endeavors!
I remember watching his prank videos all the time. He was one of the best. And he didn't come off as a super party bro who would go off and be a wannabe gangster thug prankster, he was like just an average college student guy just messing with people and joking around, the pranks were awesome.
I never have seen any videos of him but people taking accountability on the internet of their mistakes can almost never been today!! Mad props to Andrew for this and wish him Good luck!❤
I love Sunny's video's and how he never misses an upload. I don't know 90% of the people he covers on his channel but I still like watching his content. Keep up the good work dude!❤
Been exactly where this dude is, making a ton of money at a relatively young age for a creative endeavor. Thought the money would never end. Spent recklessly, have a ton of money to friends, and had a stupidly high rent. I had saved nothing, and when the money was gone, so we’re the friends and spouse that helped me spend it, and it was just me charging to credit cards until I couldn’t anymore. I was a former millionaire apply to work at grocery stores in my mid twenties. Ultimately he just has to stay motivated to keep doing what he’s good at and he’ll get back. Maybe not to where he was, but back to a level of success that will keep him content. Mental health treatment helps a lot, too. Everything is infinitely harder when you have untreated depression.
Most Genuine RUclipsr out there who truely deserves to be happy. Unfortunately his neurotype almost forces him to touch rock bottom each time, so that he can find the necessary motivation again to get up again. It's a rough ride, but it also comes with a lot of beauty.
I am surprised you didn't talk about his hiatus between making pranks and interviewing people. At one point when he took a break making pranks he started posting weird videos like wall or ceiling and it would be a 10 second video of a wall or ceiling, I think it was a cry for help as he was going through mental problems.

4:40 “just around the COINNNAAAA”
I really hate that often people who dont delude themselves and reflect their past in a realistic way end up way worse than people who ruin their lives with bad choices yet still delude themselves that everything wasn't their fault. This guy didn't deserve all of this struggle man.
Love how Sunny dealt with the Controversy,
"The Best Way to deal with Controversy is to ignore it".
For real. If he responded to the criticism, he would be canceled.
Said ignore it again, thats you hate the Australia.
and it work perfectly
What controversy, was there a Drama Video I missed?
My guy , you know 1 month on social media is like 1 year right ?? Shit's old news like mfs keep bringing this up
Kept it real at his peak and at his downfall, gotta respect that
Wishing him the best moving forward
Your videos are great man! Don't listen to all the haters going around don't give up!
You also keep it real and unbiased , that's why you are a youtube legend .
Got a lot of respect for genuine people like Andrew
9:50 Shows just how genuine and real this guy is, laughing at the fact of how rediculous his situation is is just refreshing to see
Man this is sad I would hate for people to go through this
Its nice to get a not overly depressing video on the channel love your videos man.😊
From his pranks, to his ‘Chatting With’, to ‘People On’, and his personal life journey, LAHWF is a legend
Sunny isn't pregnant, but he never fails to deliver
Hol on-
What a weird compliment...
Wut

"Anything Can Change ANY Minute".. Well I Understood this from this video
tru
yeah lol
The fact you can make such high quality videos in only a week 4 times a month is amazing. Keep up the good work.
From what I remember he called his "pranks" social experiments and they kind of were, the reactions to the strange situations he would create were interesting to watch. From what I remember they were harmless and not harassing people like others were at that time and still do.
Andrews story is so inspiring he never gave up and kept trying
man i remember watching lahwf back in the day and i even went on a rewatch a lot of his old vids just a few weeks ago. he's such a real one and i truly wish him the best.
Only Sunny can make me watch a 10 minute RUclips video about someone I have never heard of.
That's definitely not true, if you will watch Sunny's videos uncritically then there is definitely a bunch of other trash out there you would happily watch as well.
@@itcouldbelupus2842 His videos are great what are you on about?
@@LewisV7_ He's on Copium to cope with the fact that he couldn't cancel SunnyV2 over some dead Chris Tyson drama
@@LewisV7_ These videos are not great, they are low effort drama content that feeds off negativity and have a reactionary bias.
Are you a teenager?
Because there is so much better stuff out there you could be watching, this stuff is designed to appeal to uncritical teenagers.
@@itcouldbelupus2842 then why tf are you here? Are you an uncritical teenager? Seems like you are
A lot of content creators won't admit that they are broke or depressed. The fact that this man is doing this with no shame makes him seem a person you can trust
Being so honest and never giving up? This guy deserves the respect he has 10 fold!
Sunnyv2: makes well edited videos almost every week
Everyone: quantity over quality!!!!
Wow. One thing that is actually very surprising about this video is that the person who is talked about is actually rebuilding and may have a successful future. This is amazing ❤
Andrew is a legend. Love his mentality and personality so much.
He can make a comeback as it’s the internet… anything is possible in this day in age
This guy is the realest dude on RUclips. Props to him. He's an inspiration.
5:12 "my channel has been dying" is honestly creator's nightmare, imagine just witnessing your channel falling off and you cant stop it
it doesn't really hurt him that much unless sunnyv2 makes a video about you, then it ruins your channel
Waiting, a prankster with a heartwarming backstory?whot
I get the feeling that the positive attention he'll get from this coverage will probably help him back on his feet, and rightly so- he displays a level of maturity and level-headedness that is worthy to aspire and look up to. Kudos for him being.
Love a sunnyv2 video that doesn't end depressing lol
Really hope he gets a resurgence thanks to this video, watched all of his vids hes super down to earth
yo
😂😂
I feel bad for Andrew, his channel was a banger, and hes a pretty chill guy.
his channel is still good and he still uploads??
Yea
@@iloveshreksomuch not as good as he used to be
@Man man *_RUN THE FOG IS COMING RUN RUN RUN I LIVE INSIDE YOUR WALLS RUN RUN RUN_*
@TheTrooper proof?
respect for owning one's own mistakes and taking a turn for the better
I was expecting a really bad twist, but it still ended up being pretty wholesome.
He was the very first prankster I've ever watched on youtube, especially with the social experiments at universities. I can also honestly say that I learned English from watching his videos. Truly nostalgic.
Sounds like a great opportunity to make a comeback. Never accept defeat even when it’s hard
Honestly, I feel like Andrew should've had more clout than he did. Guy seems so nice and friendly.
Thumbnail makes it look like he lost his clothes 😂
yeah man this is the worst nightmare for a youtuber, heart out to lahwf for expressing himself and also helping other people learn from his mistakes.
Your channel looks as if it’s dying
10k a month while he wasnt unloading... thats a dream fr. Uploading all the time and working a normal job and cnt even do 4k a month
truly depressing
I remember watching his prank videos all the time. He was one of the best. And he didn't come off as a super party bro who would go off and be a wannabe gangster thug prankster, he was like just an average college student guy just messing with people and joking around, the pranks were awesome.
I never have seen any videos of him but people taking accountability on the internet of their mistakes can almost never been today!! Mad props to Andrew for this and wish him Good luck!❤
I love Sunny's video's and how he never misses an upload. I don't know 90% of the people he covers on his channel but I still like watching his content. Keep up the good work dude!❤

This is why it’s important to have a back up plan if RUclips doesn’t work out
Been exactly where this dude is, making a ton of money at a relatively young age for a creative endeavor.
Wow, how are you doing now?
Most Genuine RUclipsr out there who truely deserves to be happy. Unfortunately his neurotype almost forces him to touch rock bottom each time, so that he can find the necessary motivation again to get up again. It's a rough ride, but it also comes with a lot of beauty.
0:25 2012-2016 was definitely not the “early days of youtube” but good video other than that. Andrew is a genuine and good guy
I am surprised you didn't talk about his hiatus between making pranks and interviewing people.
At one point when he took a break making pranks he started posting weird videos like wall or ceiling and it would be a 10 second video of a wall or ceiling, I think it was a cry for help as he was going through mental problems.
hearing the title I thought this was going to be exposing a fake prankster, but it ended on a good note
Dude, that tag is brilliant. “Losing all hope was freedom.”
It's actually so sad he was soo chill.
