I would like to see a video demonstration of someone driving it going up a ramp going down the sidewalk? That would be great help.... I received my scooter and a week or two I'm excited.
They won't go up that good, we tried 2 pull it up our porch & it's a small gap/not even a step & it's wouldn't go up so I'm not 2 sure how this will work going into doors that have that little bump u have 2 go over
The heaviest piece when disassembled is 29 pounds. If you have other questions, check out the FAQ page for the scooter: www.vivehealth.com/products/4-wheel-mobility-scooter#faq
Hello! The 3 wheel scooter seat height is adjustable about 13" to 15" from the seat to the platform. You can find out more at the FAQ page here, as well as more height specifications 👉 vhealth.link/cfe6d We also have a folding scooter that is 14" from the seat to the platform, you can see that here 👉 vhealth.link/0t8 Hope this is helpful!
I expected to see a 4-wheel scooter which I bought but apparently you have not updated the video nor the user guide with the correct product. I realize they are very very similar but there are some differences. The pin underneath the seat is not as easy to place as you make it out to be because it is under the unit and 1 person holding the weight of the seat makes it hard to adjust. I realize this would be better with 2 people but there is just 1 of me. I was hoping for a little tip on how to balance a little bit better while making this connection. It doesn't make the Scooter easy to assemble Away from home when pulling items out of the trunk of her car. Also my instructions say while charging the light will be red but it is actually orange so it would be helpful if you would show the charging light when you reference it in the video.
