h1 pro buyer here, THE ANC HAS NO MANUAL LEVEL TOGGLE. Its permanently adaptive only. Anytime i increased the volume over a certain point, it automatically reduces the ANC level. Which kinda sucks. Haven't take a look whether there IS a manual toggle, but as of writing this, there is no to noticeable toggle.
Yes they would have added the Manuel toggle like in the ma10 baseus Bowie those let you change the ANC from 1-10 but these don't offer which I was a surprise
Also, I can't speak for other androids because I have a moto g stylus 5g 2023 which has all the audio codacs . So please unlock developer options in your android to check. FYI 🤯

Try turning off the ANC and see if the problem goes away

Your device would show LHDC V3/V4 when you go into Bluetooth device settings.. if not that means your phone doesn't support

No neither work you need the 3.5 to 3.5 for the qcy and the h1 pro have no wired mode connection
