Do not open account with Barclays. Awful bank, teamed up with WEF. In 2017 WEF forced them to be more digital. They closed most their banks, sacked lots of employees and now you have to deal with useless voice robots, hours of being on hold, go to a bank and nobody can help you. Just directed to a computer. Once an OK bank, now theyve gone digital they're awful, no customer service and everything is difficult. If the computer says no, say hello to hours and days of frustration. Terrible bank. Leave straight away.
