How did anyone even know he was going to be there? The paparazzi are there, waiting, outside a toy store before he even gets there. That is not a paparazzi spot. Someone tipped them off - someone from inside the store who knew ahead of time, or someone in Jacksons camp - maybe even at the behest ofJackson.
I heard that someone has to go to wherever he is planning to be ahead of time to check it out in terms of safety and plan the entrance and exit strategy. The manager or whoever was there during the initial check must have tipped off the papps.
