Went to FSY this past summer. And WOW. I have a soft spot for music but the spirit that I felt when we sang on the last day was crazy I couldn’t see anything because of my tears. 😂 I loved the people that were there and I made great friends and met great people can’t wake for it again this year.
Nothing more spiritual than tons of people genuinely singing their hearts out together. Genuine joy has never been felt stronger anywhere other than singing intently together with others.
Ik im late. But fsy was literally one of the best experiences I could EVER have. It’s like a different world altogether. Last year 2023 I made some of the greatest friends ever and had the best time. When we sang that…it brought me to tears almost. I was filled with so much emotion and spirit. You can really feel the whole week and love of god for you in those seconds and mins together. It doesn’t just fill your head and ears, it fills your chest, heart, and soul.
I was at FSY a few months ago, I felt powerful when it came to the men's part of the song. I also keep hearing from all the young women that they felt protected and strong as the men were singing. I brings me joy. there was only 60 people I. Total. And now I'm crying
I love split songs like this and Childs Prayer. I felt the spirit so strongly singing this song at FSY. I’m so so glad I went and I already wish I was back there again
i just came back from fsy this morning. the best week of my life i’m so sad i has to come home i was crying in my counsolors arms this morning and we were just telling each other how much we love each other and i’m gonna miss her sm this song though was truly such a spiritual experience and i wish i could experience it again
we sang this song at the end of the EFY Adventure For Youth I went to this past summer and this video doesn't bring the in person experience justice. when you're there, in the room, with all of the people and feel the power resonating across the room it... it's indescribable. I get to go to FSY this next year and I'm so excited to do this again. thank you for sharing this video @superunknown ?

Went to EFY at the stay-at-home sessions in Ogden, Utah at Weber State University in 2005-2006 felt the spirit Sooooo strongly this song is very inspirational and very uplifting and it's my favorite still today my brother-inlaw and sister were session directors at a FSY during the summer 2022!!!
Just returned from my FSY and have to say. This and the one we sang are better than the official music video for the song as it just can't capture the emotions put into every word. Also side note: WHY IS THERE AN ELF GIRL IN FRONT OF YOU. I AM SO CONFUSED!!

My group had over 450 young men alone. And about 300 young women. It was so powerful and it was my first time crying for something church related. I never cry but it felt like the Holy Ghost started hugging me. And it was really overwhelming. I’m so glad this was on RUclips so I could find a similar experience but the young men be slacking. 😂 we had way more.
