Throwing is low key the ability that made humans S tier and way above every other mammal. There's no mammals that can compete with a ranged attack, not tigers not lions not leopards not mammoths or packs of wolves. They don't have ranged attacks, pretty much only humans do in the entire world, so they just cannot retaliate. A group of humans with sharp sticks is basically impossible for any animal to beat, they can throw them from meters away, long before they themselves are in any danger. Not to mention, even if they are threatened, spears have a reach long enough to keep animals at bay. Hell, Boar hunting with spears was a thing people did just for fun.
Yeah, since we live in modern society, throwing is a lost art to the average human, but god damn we are good at it. Train for some time and spear throw is a powerfull thing to do. Almost all animals will be out of the fight just by the fear alone to be hit by a spear
@@altairtodescatto I would argue that firearms are the pinochle of throwing, since the projectile is moving faster than sound
10 humans with pointy sticks can take out even the largest animals...and that's not even a fraction of our power.
What can 1 human do though?

People often forget that humans didn't always have the things we do now, like, we started like every other species in this planet and got to this point in such a short amount of time when compared to how long other species have existed, that is absolutely incredible.
S being above A was originally a Japanese thing, but with how connected we are with Japan now through media and the internet its been adopted in a lot of places (not officially, youll never see S in a classroom lol)
You can actually tell when japan and the west started sharing media a lot by looking at video games that rank things by letter grade. A was the best in American games for ages and S was always the best in Japanese games. You can find exactly when the mixing started to get big.
Physicaly we suck ass compared to animals but technology is what makes humans op
Not necessarily our technology, but more our unique ability to innovate, and come up with unique ideas, and solutions.
Also, not to mention, our ability to throw stuff is pretty much unmatched.
Humans have nukes. When literally any other species invents a nuke I'll consider humans to maybe not be top tier.
Even before that, we survived the wilderness, literally every type of environment our species adapted to and thrived.
That is not how it works. One, you can't make a nuke so don't try to collectivize the efforts of the few that can with all of humanity. Second, nukes are weapons created to use against other humans. When rhinos kill other rhinos, people call them stupid for team killing, if humans do it, they are top tier? Creating a powerful weapon for the sole purpose of killing your own species cannot elevate ones status on the evolutionary tree, if anything it would do the opposite.
@@Randomyoutubecommenter You are right, however, throw any city dweller into the jungle or the artic with no knowledge on how to survive, and they'll probably die. That is especially true nowadays where newer gen kids have no survival skills and limited intelligence.
@@Randomyoutubecommenter absolutely, OP to the point of accidentally outcompeting or hunting to extinction multiple species and with many species only existing because we want them to, the only other species able to do anything close rely on our scraps (rats) and/or we keep as pets (cats), and only get around because we put them there (a bunch of invasive species)
@@maozedong8370 Have you ever heard of learning from your mistakes, adaptation comes naturally when you learn what to do and what not to do from failure. And also most people who do have survival knowledge still probably won't thrive or survive in the jungle for very long because of the fact that humans have survived and thrived in tribes and small communities all throughout human history and being exiled from the group meant death, this is especially true when you factor in apex predators that can hunt us with little to no effort.
If the question is are Humans OP compared to the rest of Multicelluar life on Terra than the Answer is a titanic and resolute yes

Humans can take down anything from elephants to e-coli with time and tools. Not only have we invaded every server on Earth, we've also invaded the Moon server, and are aiming for the Mars server next.
In conclusion, human is still #1 perfect being on earth, above red pandas.
