In this video, we start working on the "Fat Jack" 56 Ford F100. This project was started by legendary hot rod builder Jack Robinson, unfortunately, he passed away in 2020 and the truck wasn't completed. The project was then brought to us to finish, keeping some of Fat Jack's styling while also giving it the Classic Car Studio touch. Stay tuned for more on this one!

Whah!! That exhaust work. Brilliant fella. Thanks.
Love fat fender Fords!! Great looking bike collection on the wall!!
The Migcassos of fabrication 😎
Beautiful Project 😄👍
As a pipe fitter/ welder with 44 years of experience, I'm extremely impressed with the fabrication that you guys did on those headers!
That means a ton to us, you guys are amazing 👊🏼💥
Metal fab looks so fun!!
Hiya! Love the meticulous detail, as ever. I’m in awe. Thanks for the pleasure fellas.😊😊
To make one piece headers fill exhaust pipe with dry sand, place pipe in vice facing vertically upward, use oxy flame coming from a ring tip with 6 tips facing inward but not at 90 deg then lower the ring over, the tube , slowly move up and down warming the pipe until even red then bend carefully to match your green block template. Mark angles and centres to maintain orientation of bends to start point. Internal sand will prevent tube wall collapse and keep shape! Fascinating but true!
Absolutely sensational guys keep it coming 😎 smokin hot
Can't wait to see the finished project !
That’s going be a great build. Started by Fat Jack as well 👍
That's my uncle Eddie's truck. Awesome work!
Very cool - we’d love to hear any additional backstory that you have on it!
Going yo be killer with that camper motor in there, look forward to seeing more of you quality work
Camper motor!!
Cammer motor ,Jesus this bloody auto infill sucks!!
Nice to see a great build by you guy's. Fabricating is on another level.
Good stuff!
Boa noite congrats carros this 1963 Chevy c-10 proves Second time s a charm, this 1955 210 wagon is no exception bom 💪🏾👍🏾😎✨🚗 amén
My former father in law was Jack Brookman ( known as "fat-Jack) he was a master builder and I was priveledged to help him a bit on his last build. In his garage primarely by his-self while suffering excriciating pain in his back and legs:
😀
What an awesome experience! We’re grateful for the opportunity to complete this truck, but jealous that you got the chance to work with him for a bit. One of the greats!
Awesome work guys! Keep it up!
Awesome work!!!
Use masking tape to hold the joints together on your ICE engine works kit and it will reduce the number of times that it falls off and makes you crazy. A line of masking tape from the valve cover to aft portion of the forward primaries will help suspend it in place as well.
👀👀👀 pro-tip 🔥🔥🔥
Adoro!!🙏🏼
Grande abraço.
This is gonna be an exciting build. It’s gonna be awesome. Thanks for sharing these great fabricators skills!
That kit for mocking up the exhaust manifolds looks so bloody handy to be able to get a firm idea in your head of how they need to run! And again, UK here, it's using a semi back axle i take it? Can't wait for the next installment...
👍
That back axle is a Winters "quick change", that center cover comes off and you can change the gear ratio in a matter of minutes at the race track.
⬆️ this.
Wow
A big part of Fat Jack's signature look was perfectly-sized 15"/16" Halibrands wrapped in serious rubber.
When I saw the starting pic 0:27 with those killer 15" mags, I thought "Cool, they're going to build this this with those OG mag wheels!". But then I saw the same ol'/same ol' 20" wheels and my heart sank.
Lovely fab work as always. But it would've really set this truck off - and pay homage to FJ - using those OG mags.
The Rim & Tire sizes are on point! Can you tell us what sizes they are?
Sick 944 in the background during the intro. Is that getting built?
👏👏👏👏👏👏
🥰🥰🥰🥰👍
👍🏼👍🏼
Excellent build! What does it cost to build a 1952 Ford F2 simular to the one in this video? But with a 5.0 Coyote motor & auto trans.
I’m digging the wheel for my 67! Can I get some contact information?
Good afternoon,,
My question is of course everything is expensive so I prefer to save money where I can without messing up the job.
I currently have omni epoxy primer and omni high build.
I was hoping to save on the base and have a better clear but I wasn't sure about painting on top of different brand names.
I'm trying to match my truck color which is red quartz tintcoat on the gmc truck.
What brands would you recommend without losing out on the look or procedures.
Very stressful.
Thank you for your time.
