I am 40 and this song still brings tears to my eyes. I am so thankful to have grown up during a time when we had a variety of good music. This song (and a few other inspirational song), kept me focused that I had a future and to just keep the faith.

I'm in my forties as well, I remember this when I was 10 years old and just learning to play the drums, in church. I used to love the song oh, now I'm teaching others how to play drums, organ, Bass, and keyboard and I wouldn't trade nothing for in the world, I love music but most of all I love God, he's the one that taught me. Any musicians out there, share your gift, God will bless you.
This is generation X anthem right here. We were like 7-18 year olds in that time. You can all see the kids age in the video. Classic & timeless still 2023. I'm couple of years younger than Tevin. Great memories
YES indeed. That song made everyone who heard it feel good. I still feel it when I hear it. It was just played on the radio and I had to hear it again..LOL
Me also. This inspirational song: "Tomorrow" has the same lyrical meaning today. Especially during these trying times. Tomorrow is all we have left to look forward to. To treat one another with respect as human beings. Much props to all the multi-talented kids Quincy Jones produced for this video including talented vocals by: Darius McCrary and Jaimee Foxxworth. #muchlove ❤❤
That was a beautiful encouraging song back in late 80's early 90's . I was only 5 at the time and my dad use to play Quincy J and Vanessa Williams music all the time.
This song, his voice...even in 2016, it'll make you believe again. Believe in people, believe in yourself. It will actually make you believe the world can be a better place. As bad as the world is and we have beautiful songs like this to sing, can you imagine what the world would be w/o music? Thank you Jesus for music!!!
I hope tomorrow will bring better you, better me I know that we'll show this world we got more we could me So you should never give up on your hopes and your dreams You gotta get up, get out, get into it, get it on to be strong If we try, we can fly to a whole 'nother place All we need is belief and a smile on our face We can go anywhere we want, any road we decide to Take And we're never, never, never to far from tomorrow today If tomorrow is light in a place where there's none Then know that now is the time to have faith in us Ya know we're all in this world and we all can belong We gotta get up, get out, get over it, get it on to be strong If we try, we can fly to a place in the sun All we need is precious dreams and a friend we can trust We can go (any) where we want, any road that we can take And we're never too far from tomorrow today If tomorrow is light in a place where there's none Then know that now is the time to have faith in us Ya know we're all in this world and we all can belong We gotta get up, get out, get over it, get it on to be strong Ev'rybody say tomorrow is just for to share And we're gonna send our message of love out ev'rywhere There's a promise of love tomorrow has Something special and it's something we know will last and last Cause we're never far away, never And thing I can always be sure of Far away, no never the promise of today If we try, we can fly to a place in the sun All we need is precious dreams and a friend we can trust We can go where we want, any road we can take And we're never too far from tomorrow today Ev'ry body say tomorrow is just for us to share And we're gonna send our message of love out ev'rywhere There's a promise of love tomorrow has Something special and it's something we know will last and last Ev'ry body say tomorrow is just for us to share And we're gonna send a message of love out ev'rywhere There's promise of love tomorrow has Something special special And it's something we know will last and last Cause we're never far away, never One thing I can always be sure of Far away, no never the promise of today

I've always loved this song, but hearing it during this time, made me forget all that's going on in the world with this virus and the tragedy of George Floyd. Even if it was just for a few minutes... There's just something about Tevin's youthful voice and words of this song.. They just don't make music like this no more.
Will Rich He also played the saxophone. Plenty of multi-talented actors and actresses from back then. The kid's as well were actors, but can actually sing.
Will Rich I Know that there are adults that sung amongst the kids as well. But, never did I say that Mr. Reynolds was a musician. You don't have to be an musician to play instruments. Just like Steve Harvey, most people didn't and don't know he knows how to play and he is not a musician.
Omg I sung this song for my kindergarten graduation miss those days man I cry every time I hear this song because my kindergarten teacher died and she was the best everrr!!!! I miss her sooooo much ;(

Definitely right gf
Yeahhh i tought it was michael jackson
I thought it was a Jackson 5 song. I had to hum it into Google music to find it.
Never knew it was a young Tevin Campbell!
Rediscovered this gem!
Mah, MJ's voice (at that age) had a soulful sound. Tevin sounds lighter and poppier.
Yes he sounds like Michael and Jason Weaver when they were younger
Damn I get so emotional when I hear this song. Make me feel so good that as a human race we can do so much better .

That's probably why Quincy had a soft spot for him
