It only makes sense that the Personal Year energy would come into play at the start of the New year energy; it's 'Personal" because it's based upon the energy of one's own Month + Day! However that energy is carried by an individual EVERY single day of a given year cause that energy is 'static' never changes, however the 'New' / 'Current' year energy becomes vibrational on the 1st day of the year and is carried/vibrated until the Final day of that given year!
