What if you can do both at the same time?? The new military terms in India are helping India to make an army that will have less soldiers but will use advanced technology. Yes the new terms are causing problems to the students that were working hard to be in the Indian Army, (my solution was to announce these terms now and apply them after 2 years so that students can choose if they want to work for it), but these terms are very beneficial for future.

Iam from border state of arunachal pradesh, we people here knows the fact well as we come across the obstacles daily. Indian Army are not at all prepared at the actual borders. Here Chinese Army in many occasions comes across the border and roam in the villages... No proper infrastructure is there till LAC. Even food supply for nearest army camp has to be done via chopper or mostly through local porter.. That too they have to carry for 3 days. So how do we expect indian army to defend us from Chinese??? It is easy to potray and say in video, but reality is totally different. BTW iam from taksing village of upper subansiri district, Arunachal pradesh.

The real threat for India is the dependence on Chinese economy! The trade between India and China is 130 Billion dollars per annum out of which 97 billion dollars is India’s import from China! The exports to China from India are majorly Iron ores which are raw materials which is not good in the long run, while we import majorly finished goods and machineries! So China is building their infrastructure while we buy their factories product! The real wargame is played out behind close doors and on a much higher level than what the general public believes in!
Military threat is no doubt a very big threat but we all must agree that both nations being nuclear powers would never resort to indulge in direct military confrontation! Iam from border state of arunachal pradesh, we people here knows the fact well as we come across the obstacles daily. Indian Army are not at all prepared at the actual borders. Here Chinese Army in many occasions comes across the border and roam in the villages... No proper infrastructure is there till LAC. Even food supply for nearest army camp has to be done via chopper or mostly through local porter.. That too they have to carry for 3 days. So how do we expect indian army to defend us from Chinese??? It is easy to potray and say in video, but reality is totally different. BTW iam from taksing village of upper subansiri district, Arunachal pradesh.

Shortage of fuel hurts economies, which is more damaging than war, at times. But I do agree that it will take time for any oil shortage to become a problem in China since they have Russian route as well as strategic reserves that can last months.
