I have some advice for you.Your wife has a history in her pregnancies and as her parents are not alive and she has 2 young children to take care of and is sick too your mother should shift here atleast for the time being and be there for her.Mahnoor has help at her place and can do without her mother.Your wife needs a helping hand.InshaAllah she will earn alot of reward by being their for her.Im just concerned about her she looks in a bad state.
