  • Few places in the UK feel more remote than the hills of central Wales. Here is a chilly early morning ride on an autumn day along the Ystwyth valley.
We recently acquired a Harmonium, a beautiful South Asian instrument, so that appears in the music here; I guess both this soundscape and landscape are little affected by the passage of time.

Enchanting colours in a lonely land where the villages seem to have more letters than inhabitants

Ha, I get fed up writing Otterton in my address. Your town is quite a mouthful! Hannah and I visited a place in Norway called Å. My kinda place.

@@ComeRideWithMe-js5gc Haha! Our city names lack a bit of fantasy. So that's why you have Alphen and Alphen next to the river Rijn (aan den Rijn)

Putting the harmonium to work are ye? Lovely ride! I think the Welsh need a few more vowels though. My tongue got stuck between the spaces in my teeth trying to pronounce the name of the place. (spoke too soon - just saw your caption about vowels....lol)
