Hi bong, I’m from Long Beach and lived in Houston Texas for a few years but now back in Northern California. You should go try Banh Som Tum in Houston, their Thai boat is the closest thing to Long Beach Thai and all their other food is great as well 😊

Yes! Long Beach Thai has one of the best Thai boat noodles I’ve ever had! They got down that recipe. I follow this Thai RUclipsr named Pailin’s hot Thai kitchen, Thai boat noodle is also her most favorite noodle soup. She also made a video on how to make it at home. The next best Thai boat noodle I’ve had is at Wat Thai in North Hollywood sold by Chinese Thai people. I was just at LB Thai 2 weeks ago and had their Thai boat so good!😋

Looks can be deceiving. I’ve been to LB Thai several times and don’t judge it till you try it. I always crave LB Thai’s boat noodles. I can confidently say they have the best Thai boat noodles in So Cal hands down!

I’ve had banh somtum and I go for their papaya salad. You have to try and you’ll taste what I’m talking about.
