Founded by David LoCascio and Chris John, UBA began when they met to discuss the future of their business, the challenges of retaining independence, and ways they could level the playing field by forming a national employee benefits producer group. ​The co-founders saw unlimited potential and power in sharing their collective expertise and knowledge and formed United Benefit Advisors in 2001.
