This car rental place in riverside/orlando has absolutely Horrific yelp reviews! So sorry our US customer service has fallen to US scam service! I had never heard of them so I just looked in comments and searched riverside fl car rental and saw one that sounded like what you said. People are going to lawyers over them! We use avis or a big company when we go. (PS: Seems like reviews with individuals names are not true anymore, for any business they are all 5 star and praising some employee. Even so most were 1 star.) Sorry you got hurt like this.😔
