It's a lovely game and as stated the gunplay is definitely up there with Bungie's Halo and Destiny. It's GOOD! Snappy and satisfying with lots of ques to the player ranging from the pop and spray of the enemies headshot and the audio ques of the bell with that sniper rifle. It's visceral and sharp!
@@SsjSpheall The devs are fans of Destiny gunplay, they explicitely stated they love D2 handcannons and set out to pretty much replicate their feel in Witchfire. And they quite nailed it, Hunger and Hangfire feel basically identical to Destiny handcannons. As a long term D2 player, the gunplay was the thing that drew me to Witchfire in the first place.
I’m new to extraction shooters but I’ve been loving Witchfire. Wouldn’t mind seeing some Hunt: Showdown content to see if that might be a game for me to try out as well.

Hunt is hard to run solo. Generally squads of 3 will win unless you have a great duo.
