Waise toh stock exhaust k alawa koi bhi aftermarket exhaust is illegal but with DB killer the police authorities won’t notice the sound Without DB killer it is hence illegal

bro get your nutral and clutch cable fixed. I guess there is no free play and due to it, your bike tire is moving even in neutral. It is bad for the clutch plate as it is being in use even in neutral. It will decrease the life of the clutch plate and it may even break due to constant stress.
Nope not at all non restrictive exhaust will only help engine to breath and exhale freely... back pressure is not that important for such low cc engines
