You know what’s funny is that I tell people that I am the swan you see in a pond, acting elegant...but if you looked UNDER the water, you would see me paddling frantically to stay afloat. I am a “newbie” in the community having been maybe a year in it, and I am just amazed by everyone. And just like yourself I find it enjoyable. I am always looking for ways to do things better. I have taught the Business of Fashion at Columbia in Chicago and I have learned that a little encouragement can go a very long way. I enjoyed this review however I'm pretty new to the fragrance community and didn't know there are so many perfume companies with such a variety of smells. One thing I've noticed is the many reviewers on RUclips seem to have hundreds of bottles in their collection. How do they afford when bottles can range from $65 - $200+ in cost. Sounds like "date" fragrance may smell pretty good but with so many choices on the market it is a little overwhelming.

You have been a truly good adviser for most of my blind buys and trust me, I have been very successful with them. I strongly believe this scent could meet my needs since part time of my life is in Costa Rica, where there is a tropical weather all year long. One of your biggest advise with me was Prada L'Homme, which is the one I use in my Law Firm Meetings and get lots of compliments. Keep it up my friend, hope I can earn my Date for Men.

@MAGACOP The one EDP Perry Ellis black vanilla absolute Multiple things From parfums vintage LIDGE edp Bentley intense Craze by armaf Every montage fragrance And that not even close to every one in MY collection. It's not rare at all.
@MAGACOP any DUA or Alexandria fragrance that are EDP, cost much less, and better quality and smell better. Period. Hafez 1984 blows this shit away and it's $60 of quality ingredients and lasts day.

Sounds like something I would like. I’m a woman but I like to wear a lot of men’s fragrances. People compare this to Ultra Male and Armani Code Profumo both of which I love.

MAGACOP a couple, the only designer fragrance would be BdC Parfum. Most of my niche fragrances fall into that price range Creed’s (GIT, Royal Oud, and Aventus) , Xerjoff (Naxus and Nio), Kilian (Rose Oud, Back to Black, and Straight to Heaven). The fact is I would rather pick up 2 Amouges Jubilation XXV and Epic Man instead.
MAGACOP I think Parfum de Marly is a good introduction into Niche, some niche snobs would say that their fragrance are just an upscale version of designers. I would try Layton, Carlisle, Herod, and Pegasus. I would suggest getting decants from one of the grey sites.

Jeremy's fragrances explained: Office: Took the DNA of the most popular niche fragrance (Aventus) and enhanced it. Long lasting freshness. Not unique but does its job, I'd recommend. Date: He took 2 of his favourite scents, which are super mass appealing, and mixed them. Bleu de Chanel EdP and Ultra Male. Added Vetiver to make it less feminine. Wouldn't recommend. Way too expensive, 0 uniqueness, and yes it's mass appealing but not seductive, which a date scent should be.

I am interested in the decant because I like the note of cardamom. La Nuit de l'Homme is nice but has well-known performance issues. Hate it when a fragrance can't last through a workday. Anyway, keep up the great content. Happy New Year.

I haven't tried either of Jeremy's fragrances, but this sounds good as it is a mesh of 4 frags, and nothing but goodness can come from that.

Great review, I think that Office vs Date would not be a good challenge, having both, Office is more for day time and Date is for night time. IMO.
