I used to work in Crook for about 8 years before I retired from full time working and we often go to The Dairy Barn for one of their classic cakes! Never knew about the classic car show mind and there were some stunners on show there, I wonder which one was the most valuable in todays market, canny few contenders there mind, cheers Alan
I wouldn't like to guess which cars were worth the most. I did like the little 1.5 Singer estate - that's got to be a rare car, maybe the only one on the roads. The Dairy Barn meet is organised by another Alan, I think he might be involved in the business. He has a good collection of hot rods.
Hi Andy, what a cool car rally! 😎 Loved the old red racing car with the number 27 ❤ and the little light green one. Such an enjoyable premiere - thank you Andy!
Some fantastic motors Andy for sure & definately out of my price range, loved the army jeep & the orange coloured ZZ Top style car, (can't remember the name & make) & the odd Singers seen better days without a doubt, looked a great day out Andy 👍
@andygore1149 Thanks for watching Andy. The 'ZZ top car' towards the end of the video is a Plymouth Prowler, I think they were produced in the late '90s but with a definite hot rod style.
Morning Andy WOW some great cars. It looked a big meet up Loved the old racing style car We both really enjoyed this, seeing some of those cars took us back to our youth 😂 Hope you're having a good week ❤️
Thanks for watching, folks. Yeah, it's a fair sized old meet-up. It certainly makes you think when the cars of your youth are now established classics!
A great selection of cars here at the meet. I enjoyed seeing some of the more unusual, yet impressive cars. Loved your 'top picks' great idea!! Enjoyed watching, thank you Andy!!
Thanks for watching the premiere, Alessa. I thought I'd do a few top pics to give some information on the cars - it was far too noisy to do a piece to camera with people talking and the Elvis and Beatles impersonators playing music.
Sorry we missed the prem again we lived and survived the 🇮🇹🐻 currently at the airport! Some absolute beauts here Andy! You put this together greatly! Like the music too 👍
@GENerationXplorers No problem, guys. I hope you have had a great break. I'll probably be incommunicado next week whilst we're away, too. Back to the cars, yeah, there were some stunners there. Thanks for watching 🙂.
Some great cars, some good cars and some modern, shouldn't be there cars. Surprised to see the Lancia as I thought they were made from Alka Seltzer alloy. I liked the Singer too. A good show! Keith
Thanks for watching Keith. The Lancia Deltas weren't too bad for rust, I think by the mid 80s, they were as good as any other manufacturer. That one being an Integrale, it will have been pampered from new. A full-on road going rally car, that one. The Singer was so cool. It was rumoured to have been bought that day and driver straight to the event. It has such an amazing patina.
If I'd kept all my Dad's cars (and my own) I'd have half a field full here Andy !! So many memories watching this which probably makes me a "classic" too ! My top picks would be any of the Triumphs - growing up we had Herald Convertible (x3) and one hard top, a Vitesse Convertible and our very own Flying Banana - the Dolly Sprint.
@AndrewHamiltonPhotography Did you have any family connections to the Triumph factory in Speke, seeing as you're located that way, Andrew. I just wondered, given the number of Triumphs. A Dolly Sprint was a bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing with its 16 valve engine. A was bit exotic in its day.
@@OutandaboutwithAndy we didn’t Andy - my Dad just loved them as did we as kids - we also had a Triumph 2000 but the Dolly was a beast back in the day - if we saw another on the road we would always flash headlights !
Thanks for joining the premiere. Sadly no Fiat 500s though. It was a pretty good turnout considering it is in the wilds of Crook - I think folk enjoy the drive out to The Dairy Barn too.
Hello Andy, sorry we missed your Premiere I thought it was 7.30pm 🙈 watching now, this was a huge classic car meet up. There are some really lovely cars there Andy, love the rolls. The bikes were nice too. The Corvette was something too. The little red sports car was cute. I always wanted one but never got one ha ha . The little dog was cute. Great video, take care x Julie and Tony x
No problem Julie and Tony, I was trying to cook dinner though my premiere - and type comments at the same time. I'm sure Tony will have enjoyed the video.
@@OutandaboutwithAndy yes, but I had a great drive through the Yorkshire Wolds and Moors yesterday. Saturday was good too, and the sunshine is set to return later in the week.
Hi Brother. Always a joy and a pleasure to view the Classic Cars. Stopping by from The Ole Church 5 Acre Homestead in Newfoundland, Canada 🇨🇦!…I’m hoping to see a MG or MGB???

@gatersontour me too, I grew up with 70s , 80s cars and late '90s cars are practically new as far as I'm aware :)
