Firstly, Mingyu is in fact a very optimistic, happy and bubbly person who's very grateful for the love he gets Second, about the mediator part, I feel like mingyu is one of them in the group as well cuz he do not like bicker or dwell on things and rather on the brighter side who's trying to mend things out within the group third, about 15:37 yes they do have a general leader to lead the group, and if we also take the unit leaders into consideration, there are total three of them, mingyu is not a leader but I agree with him being an important pillar of the group cuz he was the who initiated the talk of resigning the contract with the company, when the contract was nearing its end and convinced the members to also think about it Also id love to see a friendship reading of him & wonwoo as well, I'm very curious to know about their dynamic

@@kld6 actually yes you're correct they're almost 10 year old group so its completely fine for them to prioritise their solo work over group but a member of svt \jeonghan\ is set to enlist in the army this year meaning their performance at lolla would've been their last performance as full group, so its very meaningful for both the group and fans. jun not performing at lolla and choosing his solo career over group has left the fans of svt called carats really hurt nah things like this has never happened before svt is actually known for always putting the group first. yes as I mentioned they're are a senior group they have a say in almost everything especially their solo and group work😊
I understand they are definitely a very established group, I'm honestly surprised because I always hear about KPop groups replacing each other while in the same label. Kinda like the ageism in Hollywood here in a America with celebrities, they are always trying to promote the next young thing as a replacement to the now older celebrities. 🤔
Oh yeah I totally forgot about the military series that male Koreans have to participate in. I remember hearing about that whole ordeal with BTS and how they were able to push back on enrolling for alittle bit longer. That's very interesting that Jun is deciding not to participate in such a special event knowing that it will be the groups last for awhile... 🤔
@@kld6 oh absolutely, agism is also very present in Kpop. the Korean gp mostly only listens to girl groups and they lose interest in older groups very fast and move onto younger groups (with only few groups being exception like blackpink, bts, big bang, day6). 3rd groups like exo, btob, mamamoo, aoa, wanna one, monstax, ikon, pentagon, got7, astro, vixx, were widely famous but none of the groups are active or even relevant now. svt on the other hand despite being debuted on the same time as those groups were never too famous they always got overshadowed by exo and bts, they actually started gaining fame in recent years and now they have a huge dedicated fandom and longevity which I am thankful of. it took them a while to get where they are now but I'm glad they made it ☺☺

@@kld6they chose to live together. it's actually the 2nd time (2nd house) they have lived together only the two of them. they're def close, it's just that sometimes they look like they don't know each other 😂 both can be so touchy clingy affectionate to other members but they aren't like that to each other...esp wonwoo to mingyu, mingyu's usually the one who approach first
