    Nearly every single building shown here in the downtown area was destroyed by the city or the college

      Yes I grew up in Arlington and it seems like they went hog wild tearing down historical structures

    Awesome. Grew up there. Sam Houston HS. UTA. Awesome. A little before my time. Arlington Downs on Division too bad. However, the Putt Putt on division was awesome.

    Rockyfeller Hamburgers was one of the last hold-outs. I recall that brave little operation standing next to the invasive new Arlington State Bank building.

    Nice pictures. I know I am in some of them. Really brings back memories of a great place to grow up. To bad for the generations now.

    Eventually Arlington destroys everything. Including it's reputation.
