Oh wow I never knew this video existed. Great editing. Though this one was out 8 years ago I had done some very similar with editing and making cuts more recently on a different channel. I think there are many differences such as different bg music and I think mines was 5 hours long. I will be checking watching this video though I’m not sure if you’ve seen mines already.
I considered doing this myself simply because I like the story the game presents, but found the game impossible to actually play and enjoy. One night I got really baked and finished the game though. That was the end of that idea. Nice to see someone actually did it.
It was pretty nice honestly, especially being that now I'll remember the story since I didn't have to be blazed to watch it. If I had to criticize something, because constructive criticism is a good thing, I'd say the audio on the voice overs is a bit dodgy. Could've used touch-ups in a few places and a better compressor. Now I'm just that much more in Jurassic World mode though.
Ah. Yeah it was nice that you made it to watch in the first place. If you wanted better audio in the future I'd recommend capturing the audio separately. It makes syncing up a pain in the ass, and requires extra hardware if you're recording from another machine sometimes depending on what capture devices you're using (IE a console) but if you get a nice clean recording of just the audio with dedicated audio software the final result is usually about as good as it can be. It is a huge pain in the ass to have to go through extra trouble syncing the audio, however, I've had problems recording footage at various bitrates with different software where the audio desyncs and ruins most of the footage. :\ That coupled with my audiophile tendencies means I have to have dedicated audio tracks for everything ever.
Love it. One thing I like is how you called it 1.5, I hope Jurassic Park Owners see this video and use what you've done to make a Jurassic Park 1.5 like how lion king made a 1.5 even though they were 2 or 3 movies ahead. Great job, as before, Universal Studios should look at this and make it into a 1.5 contact them and tell them this. its a good idea. :D
Well they'd be stupid, a good movie was made by just editing parts of a game, which you said took about 2 months if I'm correct, when to make JP 3 took years, and personally was the least entertaining of them all. If they saw this and they actually agreed this was amazing and worth making and showing, they could pay you a lot for a brilliant idea, and you could be the guy that made JP 1.5. If I were a part of Universal I'd definitely would do that. : )

I heard about it from my bro about the show and then he said there was a game too. At first I was like ugh another zombie game which I never really play as I am not into them for lack of plot or for just hacking and slashing. I played The Walking Dead on my 360 and I was hooked on the story and getting to choose what to do brought me back to the choose your own adventure books. The games are not the most polished games out but they sure know how to make a good game that has plot and that you care about the characters in the game. And thanks for putting this together. :)

TellTale Games will be listed among the causes of death for the gaming industry. I'd rather watch/play FMV. In fact, with Blu-ray discs there's no reason to not have at least a handful of AAA FMV games on today's consoles.
Sega kinda of killed FMV games back in the 90's with their craptacular Sega CD titles. Besides, it's a whole lot cheaper to do it with 3D animations, considering all the different endings (including ways to lose), branching story paths and other variable assets (like equipped gear, alternate costumes, etc.) that would have to all be meticulously filmed with actors, props, sets, and so on.
I know, but did you add in in this remake? I don't remember watching it before; if it was there when I watched it previously, I probably forgot when I took a bathroom break. lol
Carlos Roberto López Hernández This game is based on another instance happening during and after the goings on in the movie Jurassic Park. While Alan Grant and company are doing their thing in the movie, this (game) is what's going on at the same time in a different part of the park. :D

TellTale Games will be listed among the causes of death for the gaming industry. I'd rather watch/play FMV. In fact, with Blu-ray discs there's no reason to not have at least a handful of AAA FMV games on today's consoles.
Sega kinda of killed FMV games back in the 90's with their craptacular Sega CD titles. Besides, it's a whole lot cheaper to do it with 3D animations, considering all the different endings (including ways to lose), branching story paths and other variable assets (like equipped gear, alternate costumes, etc.) that would have to all be meticulously filmed with actors, props, sets, and so on.
