To anyone who didn't make the stream, you actually did, you were just sleeping in the back. All the buddy groups kept y'all safe
You may have died but we had a necromancer so no worries
aww
This actually makes me feel so much better about missing the stream. thanks for watching over all of us sleepy folks and not letting us get left behind at the various gas stations
Thanks, this cheered me up
Oh good! Thank you, friends.
“We have cops turned off, so we can do illegal stuff like this,” said Jacob as he made a completely legal maneuver of crossing a semi-dotted yellow center line from the side with the dotted segments, as one is supposed to do, before also legally crossing back into the right lane.
Such a rebel
But did he use the blinker?????
He's just too good at driving
I mean that maneuver is legal *for the purpose of passing slower traffic*, pretty sure just driving in to the other lane for the fun of it would still nab you a ticket.

Ok, so y'all agree that if the Trans Rig was a transformer it'd be called Optimus Pride, right?

Reminds me of a sticker one of my friends has: "Trans person, she's not in disguise"
Fun fact, there are multiple canoncially trans Cybertronians including a lesbian couple
Edit: I changed my comment because I've been informed IDW Arcee's backstory was retconned to her actually wanting the transition, and that despite what I've read she did actually identify as female even prior to the retcon.
god truly does give his worst drivers (karina) his hardest challenges (regular roads)
ETA: this was before the nathan disaster and jacob's wild hydroplane adventures.
Deeply excited for the Nathan and Jacob bits. Was about to fall asleep bc I’m watching this at 2am, when I suddenly very much needed to be awake bc karina is just swerving on the road rn, but knowing that Nathan and Jacob are about to get worse is so funnyagshggdjhgzxchjgss
I just started karinas first bit, wtf is about to happen
Karina pays taxes on both sides of the road
Seeing this before watching REALLY makes me wanna watch the whole thing just because of whatever "the Nathan disaster" is XD
God gives his hottest Donkey Kongs his most explosive diarrhoea
Fun Facts: American Truck Simulator has a map scale of 1/20, so this actual drive would take about 20x longer. The game also scales the passage of time depending on location - time passes slower in cities and at gas stations, to prevent things like red lights & refueling taking up an unrealistic amount of in-game time.
Deeply disappointed that I can’t actually get from Forks to Mexico in 4 hours
Oh man, that just clicked for me lmao. They drove from Washington to southern Mexico in the time it takes me to get to the nearest major city lmao.
I was wondering about this! I recently did a (5 day) cross-country road trip and, damn, are places far from each other irl.
I mean what's even the point of the game if it's not a realistic simulation of the trucking experience, smfh
I literally moved from Texas to Washington to feel safe as a trans person. This is a weird reversal.
Dang. Someone donated 2k for Karina to do one push-up and she just was like , “ nah fam”. Respect . Stick to your guns
And refuse to use them
She’s an icon
+
Karina would have guns if she did more push-ups.
@@barghest94 you don't bring guns to a knife fight, but it's always a knife fight when there's Karina. Also she's the only one who knows about the fight.
Nathan continuously trying to start up fun car games and no one playing along for more than one round made me feel like I was really there!
Not Nathan at 4:30:28 dropping the amazing quote “Being joyful in the face of the forces that want you to feel despair is an act of defiance.” And then Jacob IMMEDIATELY turning to see the beautiful hazard cone man was a delight. Trans rights, happy Pride, and for all the queer and minority Drawfee fans out there things are dark but Jacob was right: the anger and hate you’re facing now is a response to how far things have come. We’re not done yet, but we’re also not alone. I love you all.
Whoever made the donation from “the sun” that said “I don’t hate women, I just looove men” please know that you are my brethren because I was going to make the EXACT same joke
This stream was INCREDIBLE
The Drawfee drivers in the end:
Nathan was the WORST driver.
Jacob, surprisingly, the second worst driver.
Karina, even more surprising, the second best driver.
Julia, cursed queen of the night, the best driver.
I would switch Jacob and Karina’s spots. Her swerving stressed me out 😆
@@MsTinaBinaBallerina honestly same lol. Though to be fair for Karina, she never hydroplaned the rig that it caused them to crash and get stuck, injured almost 4k people, made it worse by getting it even more stuck, then had to get towed- all in one minute lmao
“Jacob and Nathan aren’t THAT bad at driving” *gets to the second half of the stream*
@@ItssMelissa my sentiments exactly
I think that hydroplaning is a pretty reasonable way to get in an accident, Nathan and Karina’s overall driving was more unstable I’d say lol
"Will I never see the sun?" No Julia, you have to drive this Rig Full of Vampires under cover of dark.

Being a gay professional driver seeing this really makes my heart beat incredibly fast for so many reasons
47:46 the 3 minutes of silence from Julia as she desperately tries to find interesting facts about idaho
As an Idahoan, that's fairly accurate 😅 The percentage of public lands IS one of my favorite facts, though.
I live in Montana, but have been to and through Idaho a lot, and here's some more cool things about Idaho:
Hells Canyon where the Snake River runs along the Oregon border cuts through immensely deep lava flows, and is deeper than the Grand Canyon.
Craters of the Moon National Monument features large swaths of lava flows, some as young as 2,100 years ago. It's amazing and also has camping and very, VERY dark skies.
The volcanic hot spot beneath Yellowstone previously blasted apart and then filled southern Idaho's immense valley with lava, millions of years ago. The valley is so porous as a result that it doesn't have normal rivers; the water just seeps into the ground, into an enormous underground aquifier.
On those plains is the Idaho National Laboratory, the grounds of which take up more than half the area of the entire state of Rhode Island. It was an instrumental place for early nuclear reactor research, being the site of more than 50 nuclear reactors over the years. You can visit the historic Experimental Breeder Reactor 1 (EBR-1), which was the first reactor to power a town (mostly as a demonstration, but still), and has since been decommissioned and opened for public browsing/tours. Well worth a visit.
Also, despite being 61% federal lands, due to its large size, low population, and large swaths of extremely rugged terrain, Idaho still has more non-federal land per person than 40 of the 50 states; about twice as much as Texas or Alabama, for example.
@@sarahsant6248 there truly is nothing interesting here 😔
North Idaho is where it's at.
As a resident of Oregon, I'll just say the AI is based of us. We have some of the worst drivers I've ever encountered. The person that cut Nathan off to merge between 2 other semis is absolutely something I've seen real people do.

I've seen a bunch of comments from foreigners confused about American vitriol toward the police. I thought I'd explain a little.
First, it's very polarized (like most of our socio-political stuff) between near religious worship and absolute vitriol. However, I'm gonna talk about why we don't care for them. Essentially, in general, our police are extremely heavily militarized, and therefore enact excessive violence against the population regularly. Especially marginalized groups - even more so Black people. When it comes to the LGBTQ+ community specifically, the cops would actively attack and incarcerate us for existing. Stonewall was a riot against the police for doing exactly that. Moreover, our police force came out of slave catching patrols dedicated to capturing Black enslaved people (or even previously enslaved people) and forcibly bringing them back to their predominately White slavers.
During pride month, I think it is super important to know our history, and police brutality - particularly against Black and brown transfeminine people - is deeply seeded in our history.

@@emisformaker you want people to be able to rape, murder, and pillage whatever they want. I assume you have crimes you want to commit
Also don't forget that two of the LGBTQ+ leaders that came out of the stonewall riots were Marsha p. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera.
Both proud trans women of color. Both sex workers who faced abuse and exploitation.
Both amazing kind people who started Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries (STAR) a mutual aid project of trans sex workers and homeless queer youth
as a european I'd like to add that it's not only the US, american cops reach a level of unhinged rotten behaviour that is absolutely off the charts, but cops and policing in general are shitty in every country, because policing in itself is a rotten concept. Recently in Italy we are experiencing a big increase in police brutality, greek police is absolutely cruel (expecially to immigrants and queer people), and the same goes for france, and these are the only countries I'm a bit more educated about. Police as an institution does not protect anyone anywhere, all it does is repress the population, expecially poor people and marginalized people af any kind, and does so with unchecked violence and cruelty that never have a consequence for them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such an informative comment, I think you explained it so well!
Can confirm that it's the same in the UK, anyone who says it's just the US and it's not like that over here just isn't paying attention,
Trans rights, acab and remember that you are never alone 💜💜💜
I watched the entire stream live and while I was sadly not able to contribute (absolutely THRILLED about the 100k + raised!) I would like to make a small comment. Throughout the entirety of the stream the Drawfee crew said to chat and donators "We're just driving a truck! Y'ALL are the ones making a difference!" While the humility is admirable, I'd like to point out that's not entirely accurate. For years, Nathan, Jacob, Karina, and Julia have been making consistent effort to foster a loving, kind, and accepting community. This was not done overnight and it was not done by magic. It was done by people who truly care and genuinely try to spread love, joy, and acceptance wherever they go. And this was heard and seen by us. You accepted us, and continued to be the people we hit "Subscribe" for. So when this opportunity arose, you took the challenge, coordinated an effort and heralded an action call to your community to continue support each other and create change. Drawfee used their platform, as kind and compassionate people, and made a significant impact on this Earth. So please never forget what you all mean to this community, and the difference you make in all our individual lives and the lives of the people on this planet. Thank you 💜
I love going through the comments on this video bc it shows how caring and accepting the Drawfee community is :)

I like that Karina drives like people do in movies where they are constantly moving the steering wheel
Being enraged and stuck behind drivers going 5 under the speed limit in rural Washington is the hyper-specific simulationism I am here for.
It was so real, I felt like I was sitting with my dad in the car all over again XD.
The deafening silence every time they entered a tunnel and everyone held their breath (me included) just makes me cackle
I cannot explain the instinctual sense of tiredness that washed over me pulling into that gas station at night, as if I had truly been in a car all day and could finally stretch my legs
I stretched like a cat and took a deep breath as if I was truly outside after long hours on the road

I'm honestly blown away that these goobers managed to pull in tens of thousands of dollars for a genuinely decent charity by being welcoming and positive and fun. Humanity has good things going for it, despite everything.
The fact that everyone gets so realistically annoyed at the bad drivers in the game, as if they were actually on the road, is subtle comedy gold.

Sometimes I think about how some RUclipsrs have that one charity stream they do every so often, but Drawfee does at least one, per year, in June, and thousands, literally thousands of people show up to it. And it feels so powerful to be a part of the biggest streaming audience that day on my feed where somehow thousands of people agree to be kind and buy into a group road-trip, or a rotating batch of guests.
Every year I look forward to this stream. Every year I’m reminded that we’re not alone. I at least have one group of content creators that repeatedly step up for this issue, where I never question if they’d accept me. They’ve done it every time and I think it’s beautiful.

It's so fun looking at the places in this game that I've been. I live in or and it's so rad to be like wow I've been there in a game
It means so much to know that someone you watch is a safe haven. Like... A place where you don't need to be wary about something coming from left field.
So... Yeah. I'm glad they're doing something like this. Not only as a public signal to show where they stand, but also by getting so many people together to give to a good cause.
whenever i'm having a hard time or i'm having trouble picking what to play when falling asleep, i come back to this vod. the vibes are exactly the pick me up i need to remember the good parts of humanity, and also to fall asleep to without getting stuck in mindsoup of anxiety. thanks drawfee 💖
I do the same. it’s an amazing community🥰
new top surgery just dropped: lost my tits in the trans rigs accident
Gotta love the subtly implied “I’m stranding you at a truck stop in Mexico” from Karina at the end
The Dog Bark Park Inn is apparently a building shaped like a beagle, that's an Inn, at a dog park.
That sounds amazing
Update: i looked it up and it is amazing. I want to stay in the dog
the "you can bypass the waystation" ongoing joke is very similar to an ongoing joke in my family where my parents point out one particular car dealership to one of my sisters every time we pass it (to the point of going out of our way to call her when she's not in the car to tell her we are passing it). That car dealership sold us the minivan my mom drove *three* cars ago. We still do it.
I wasn’t able to donate during the stream but I just donated $195 which is what I made from working at my polling place! (remember to vote)
This was the first Drawfee stream I was able to tune into live, and it was SO much fun (don't worry, I never got left at a gas station)
But do you have a concussion? 🔦
I'm FINE 🤕👍
I caught this stream live but unfortunately fell asleep after Washington because it was like 2AM 😭 so basically I'm that part of chat who got concussed, died, got resurrected, still managed to sleep through it all 😂
This is actually so comforting. I love taking long car rides with friends and this has such good vibes (crashing and other accidents aside)
The first time I ever went to Mexico they told me “you know how in the us you drive according to the lanes and signs? Here that will kill you, you have to follow the other drivers. Also if you ever need help, don’t go to the cops.” So I think Nathan did an accurate job
That star that disappears at 2:25:08 is El Paso, TX (my hometown)! Howdy from El Paso! The star is on the mountain here in El Paso, and is the symbol for "home" to all who live here. I think the game glitched and they saw it through the mountain since the star is on the south side of the mountain, and they were arriving from the northeast down US 54, through the NW side of town (hence the random disappearance as the mountain loaded in in front of the star as they got closer).
i think virtual road trip streams should be a thing more often, this is so fun and wholesome :)
Julia taught me more about Washington than my 18 years living here
2:03:55 Karina promises: “If we reach a hundred, I’ll go to traffic violations court live on stream.”
Thank you for documenting this because she has to do it now
Great callback, Karina: “God is peeing on you? But we’re not even in Texas anymore!” 3:41:33
“God tops” 2:37:42
Satan: “I bottom” 2:40:15
Texas = middle
I couldn’t make my city’s pride this year bc of chronic illness and I felt so awful but this stream was on and it made me feel so much better! Ty folks
happy pride!!! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Can I just say, this was the PERFECT idea to mix road trip trucking with a charity stream! Well done Mr Andrews
being there for this stream was genuinely one of the highlights of my year so far. i laughed, i cried, i was injured when jacob crashed the truck
re. Julia's dad doing a really American accent when he's French, just like my dad, aggressively doing the broadest Aussie accent to mess with family when we're Scottish expats. Dads is the same lol
I really feel Julia's pain because I also have driven through Texas overnight. I'm so sorry, Julia.
I was there on the day of, and I'm so proud of this community. $100,000 is a truly insane amount of money, and going to such a good cause. I was actually crying on the day of thinking about it. Y'all're great, thanks for hosting this stream and providing a platform and reason for people to donate.
